People know what they are putting themselves into and then still complain about it. You are lucky enough to get a job let alone in such a place where such competition exists, in a world where people strive to earn even a little. I am sick and tired of people complaining about their work and hearing about people quitting their jobs like dude why did you even start with the preparation if you couldn't give it your all. Everyone deals with pressure and problems in their respective jobs, it's just that nobody really understands the fact that you don't get paid for nothing. People should know how to respect the work that has given them a roof over their heads and food on the table. Appreciate what you have.
I will tell you why. Yes we know there will be unrealistic targets and toxic work culture and we still go for it because we dont have any other option. And before joining its one thing to think I will endure, I can do it and its completely another to join the job and find out just how bad it is. Not all branches are the same. In my branch there was no washroom, like imagine. If I was in any other branch with decent infrastructure I wouldnt have resigned. And not everyone deals with the same situation in the same way. Instead of fighting for a better work culture people like you keep your head down and do the masters bidding. Its because of people like you there is no change in the toxic work culture.

In Bank jobs u can go till the topmost posts. New SBI chairman is the prime example and there r hundreds more. In other jobs u will always be under UPSC qualifiers. Sirf shuru ke 10 years ka stress hai jo bahot log haske aur bahot roke nikalte hai. Things smoothen out as we reach higher ranks
All employees will not be chairman of bank the higher post is very limited.
Government Job far better than bank po with more authority.

Very true pahle archive toh karo uske baad decision Lena hota hai ...kisi k liye bank acha nahi hai par kisi k liye teacher ki nokari achi nahi hai it's totally depends on your interest and comfort. Don't fall for this trap, unless you are an extraordinary student. Clear one exam first then think about other exam. I have tried this and it doesn't work although there are always exceptions.

RBI grade b, University professor, librarian grade a in RBI sebi, sebi grade A inme b toh achi salary h blki Bank se jyada hi h or work pressure b km h .....or kapil sir khud ko padate h agr job itni hi achi hoti toh wo b kr hi rahe hote. Bank jobs are the worst jobs
