- First we got Chasing Wind, and now it looks like we are eventually getting Seven Red Suns? Pretty cool uh? :D

I think it looks great! However, SRS structure just suddenly appears, in my opinion, with very little introduction. Consider the impact a superstructure would have on its environment, like the total shadow (as with shaded citadel) below it or regions where the sun is more sparse (as it's blocked some time of the day). I'd love some rooms where you are slowly introduced to 'something' - very significant and technical. You don't know what it may be but you feel its influence on the environment around it. I liked the fact that every thing turned blue one room before the leg, yet afterwards it shifts right back to the orange colours again. Could there be a slower transition?

@@molycow That seems to be just because this is a beta for now, the author has intentions to make it similar to myrmice's chasing wind which has a whole bunch of regions before reaching the can :)
With the colony being right nearby there is a chance Spearmaster accidentally killed a pup after not knowing what an actual slugcat looked like

Oh yeah! That also reminds me that technically we do have the hunter expanded endings mod that touches on NSH too, but yeah this one feels a bit more like a standalone iterator rather than an ending expansion :)

I am very excited to see this project being recognized. I am only indirectly involved with the mod, but the creator wants to adapt my interpretation of Suns‘ city.
I wrote and connived for my fanfic ‚Corroded Destiny‘ a religious city for SRS, named Sunpeak. Hyper asked me if they can take inspiration of it and I wrote also a pearl interaction for it :3
First screens of its adaption as well as the threat music do already exist and it looks and sounds SO COOL!

So, considering SRS is further than any local group iterator (since they're not part of the local group) I think the carriages will be what brings us to this region since the alternative would be several sunlit trails worth of regions to reach here.
That is one of the sickest ideas I have ever heard, it would not only save the author the work of making a billion regions, but it would actually make so much sense!
yeah, this sounds like a better idea like in daszombes glacier vid where you have to sleep in a cruise ship to get to the glacier
@@lolight2 Considering pearlcat did it we know its possible too and i've always wanted a much longer trainride (maybe a whole region being just the train you have to get to the end of?) Considering Spearmaster is the first in the timeline the bridge in outer expanse could still be standing so we could maybe go from there. Maybe pick up a manual override pearl somewhere since the trains are stopped.

I was binging Peaked Interest today, so when I heard 1:13 I just heard his voice go "The Survivor was used to not having a family; learning to appreciate what she did have, giving her a cheerful personality,- that,- made people really like her. Yet, it seems she didn't have so easy of a time forgetting them, whenever she saw *others* having what she lacked the most; to the horror of other slugcats that could _never_ even _imagine,_ her hurting anything bigger than a batfly..."
That song is a placeholder😭😭😭😭 it’s not made for this region and will be replaced. The region has a similar song though, although it’s not present in this video as it’s spearmaster exclusive. If you’d like to hear it, it’s on my channel 👻
This region is so incredibly cool looking! SRS is a favorite of mine and Iv'e been waiting for someone to make a way to encounter him in game. I love the color pallets and the concepts too! I do wish it was a bit further from FP and Moon to build up the scale of the world, but that's not really a problem with the region, just something I hope I can see someone do in the future.
Yeah same here! I think it needs to be at the end of a long stretch of regions just like the myrmice mods did with chasing wind :)

As of the mod description itself, I think that's the plan in the end - for there to be, if I recall correctly, two regions between?
There's at least 4 different SRS mods being made (I was actually told this by the creator of this mod!) including this mod. As for me, I'm waiting for someone to make a dedicated NSH mod. Hunter expansion kinda counts, but NSH isn't the main focus of it, AND I WANT NSH.

This is an awesome mod! Even if this is unfinished, I’ve always wanted to see seven red suns in a mod! I watched your videos (and played) the new shrouded assembly mod recently, went through steaming, fog gulch, and foresaken station. The journey was incredibly long, so i really hope the modders end up adding some kind of iterator at the end. Perhaps unparalleled innocence? just getting my hopes up i suppose
1:24 Wow! This intro music is really good. Even though I find it kind of "strange" since it doesn't use the same music style as Rain World, it's still a very good track. I also liked the Threat Music from the region.

This is actually a really good mod, I wonder how people are able to add iterators to custom regions, always confused me
looks like a cool region also my guess is the railways either connect to the sky railway in outer expance or the mast ..... also cheese
Hey Lolight, I like your videos! This may be an unpopular opinion, but maybe play without Simplified Moveset? I think it could be a bit deceving to new players, and you do platforming that I don't think I could pull off with vanilla movements. Just a suggestion!

I don't like playing without Simplified moveset however, especially since it helps me in terms of accessibility (wrist and hand articulation issues) :p
i think it should be alot farther away, maybe like throw in another region or even two going from outer expanse to seven red suns, through their retainer wall and the surrounding facilities, as for why it should be farther apart, moon's dialogue to rivulet suggests that seven red suns is farther away from the original game area then NSH and chasing wind who she mentions as her first 2 suggestions implying that these two are the closest ones.
Just at the start, I think calm music suits SRS!

I think those train cars might lead to somewhere in OE (there's train cars all over OE and Sunken Pier). Also I think you missed a path.

SRS seems much higher up than other iterators we have visited
Wonderful work, wonderful music, wonderful rooms and layout, but one disappointment: the absence of at least one of the regions that serve as a "lead" to the structure. A bit of a similar problem to Chasing Wild, but in this case at least the distance is felt. But not here. I really hope that this will be finalized in the future.

this region is currently more of a demo than anything else.
i'm working on three other regions that will come out when suns is finished, 2 of them being in-between suns and OE.
