Sometimes you get people telling you that," your curls will be juicy if you just use..." I don't often go to the store and buy the items that have been suggested to me, as I don't have money to waste on products that probably won't work. However, I felt inclined to buy this one in hopes of making my 4c hair more manageable while trying to achieve the wash n go hairstyle. Why did I have so much hope? I....have....no....idea...

Hi, I’ve used that Cantu Curl Activator on my 4C, very short hair, and I had great results. My LOC was the Cantu Leave in Conditioner, my equal part mixture of coconut oil, almond oil and olive massaged in my scalp n then I applied the Cantu Curl Activator. Initially, I thought I was going to end up with a greasy mess, but my 4C hair loved it and stayed moisturized all day. Too bad I didn’t have anywhere to go to show it off!
That’s great! I’ve been trying to figure out what technique to use to make this product work! A lot of people have great results so I must be doing something wrong 😂😩I haven’t tried the leave in conditioner but maybe that’s what I’ve been missing! Thank you!!

Subscribed! You had me at your hair being as tired as you! Your curls looked popping to me! Maybe not more than say their curling cream but they still look happy, healthy, and curly! I just big chopped too and I'm going back to using Cantu. Great video!

Flaxseed gel works waaay better than any of Cantu’s curl products on 4c hair. Flaxseed gel gives you instant curls- trust me!

I'm using the cantu curl activator cream to on my very short natural hair it do feel good to me plus I don't know my hair texture
The product seem to have worked on ur hair..unless u r looking for a different type of "curling"
The product didn’t have any hold. So for a product claiming to activate curls for all hair types, I figured it would have some hold. It didn’t activate my curls evenly and when it dried it just looked frizzy 😩
Not hold as in gel but hold as in it controls the frizz enough to help the hair curl effectively. The product also didn’t have great slip, which most curl activators have. 🤷🏽♀️

It works good on my 4a hair
I tried it again for the third time on dried stretched hair I dampened section by section and yuk it feels like a thick, heavy, product coating! Again, I can't!
I think you should try putting on the product and then rubbing your hair in a circular motion it worked for my 4c hair , but it looked untidy😂
Lol I usually would for gels but I didn’t think to do it because the creme was so thin🤔. Lol if I chop again I will try it, my hair is to my shoulders now so idk of that would work 🤣
Yeah it didn’t work really for me....although it did work on like an incher square so that square is different texture than the rest😂...
Yea, many ppl can say they see a change in my hair but the "curls" weren't consistent. Trust and believe when this product dried there wasn't a curl in sight 😩🤣
I think 4c hair doesnt work with the cantu mine failed too and I did it like thrice any other options

The coconut curling creme is better, but the shrinkage...naaaaahhhh. I love my natural hair, but I need it longer in order for it to be worn in a way that looks great on me. I'm not the TWA or any short fro looks type of female. I need it big and billowy and I need a product that isn't heavy and dirty feeling.
