Im not personally a fan of non-transforming transformers, but the fact that these guys fulfil a completely different play experience by being buildable kinda makes up for it
KBB HAS made transformers models kit could transform - and in a way Bandai has been doing Gundam kits (specifically referring to Asshimar, Harute, Kyrios, Zeta) that transform with minimal or no partswapping I don’t see why other companies can’t do the same
Tarn is exactly what most people think of when they hear of the Decepticons, with all the subtly of a jackhammer on a glass bridge. Tarn is the "Perfect Decepticon", and a fervent believer of the warped ideals of Megatron.
Not to mention his perfect amount of swagger and terrifying powers in the IDW comics as well as a perfect design. This made him my second favourite. My favourite is shockwave as is logical
The cyberverse tarn is pretty good but yeah having only one animated appearance and mainly being a comic character makes him something of an obscure character, although now he seems to be making a name for himself in the toy market, figuratively speaking of course.
Honestly surprised to see Tarn get a figure. I remember a few years ago when he barely had any figures so to see him getting love in this is quite the treat.
Finally, Jett reviews model kits! ...but will this be how we manage to get him into Gundam?. Well, at any case, any shows you're interested on giving a watch?
Man, Blokees is REALLY going all out with building a community and the publicity is working damn it, I want to get them but I'm afraid I'm gonna go addicted.
having literally watched this video as I opened a blind box from series 2 to reveal a grimlock, I can absolutely attest to the sheer fun of these pieces. It really feels like blokees is the first company to really get how transfomers fans could be pulled into model kits- that is to say, give them all the advantages of one with as little of the hassle (that is to say, no need for any tools or stickers) as humanly possible. At nine bucks a piece (at least at the local hobby shop I peruse), I find myself picking up one whenever i'm around there for another issue of skybound's transformers run, and the anticipation of driving home with those two things in my bag is electrifying.
not to be that guy, but you should really check out the rest of the energon universe! even i as a staunch anti-joe tf fan found myself massively enjoying the cobra commander comic. and void rivals is truly special
As a transformer fan blokees are super cool! And I didn’t know about the bigger one I’ve only seen the small blind box ones! They remind me of old action masters
love the aesthetic of these a lot, and as someone who largely fell of transformers in favor of gunpla as the years went on, super tempted, especially by the action edition, that looks superb honestly
I knew you wouldn't know Tarn, but that's cool... He's a cool character too! I suggest you learn more about him because you'll love him... And toys of him!
Tip of the iceberg comic book reference: Giving Optimus Megatron's fusion cannon Bottom of the iceberg comic book reference: Ratchet and Megatron Frankenstein
As a big fan of model kits, I'd love it if you looked at more kit toys. I'm not very knowledgeable on those produced outside of Japan and Warhammer minis so it would be a fun learning experience.
Thoughts cause i love robots 1. Wavewave and Price of Life MegaRatchet YIPPPEEEEEEE 2 RELEASE THE BOTCON LORE 3. Id highly recommended the Furai Model kits. Theyre more expensive than these lads, but hyper articulated with some wicked designs.
Since you found joy building model kits. What about trying Entry Grade gunpla. These entry grade gunpla don't require that much effort compare to your average gunpla. And it's perfect for beginners. (Btw gunpla stands for "Gundam Plastic Model")
You should try out the Yolopark Transformers kits, they have pre-built parts and you just need to snap the limbs, torso, waist and head together like Bionicles. They are solidly build and accurate to the source material for decent price.
What’s your take on the transformers line up by flame toys/ kuro kara kuri? I’m recently getting back into collecting now that I got a new house and starting to have that childhood nostalgia itch lol
Blockees is the best low-price transformers toys we can get nowadays. It's selling at around 7 usd in where I live. No other brand can give me this quality with this price.
3:44, Akane Shinjoh or S4 Gridman? 4:20, you do a much better job at advertising these toys than Hasbro does. That ain't no joke. 4:41, Actionmasters but in a more fun way possible. I do like those things tbh. Blokees really does feel like we're getting there but with an added pinch. 5:30, anyone who read the comics would know this abomination.
I really want to get the Action Edition Optimus, but I’m worried he’ll fall apart a lot trying to pose him, because I had the Furai Model Optimus and I can’t pick him up without him disintegrating. Does the Action Edition Optimus fall apart when you try to pose him?
Greetings. i made a LEGO Kirby. it will be on a polybag. i also made the musical penguins of Madagascar. each penguin has a sound brick. support them on LEGO Ideas if you like them. remember, support the Kirby from the polybag.
1:16 and 1:57 That guy's name is Tarn. Tarn (aka Damus and Glitch) is an eloquent Decepticon. He enjoys nothing more than playing beautiful music as he waxes poetic quoting Towards Peace and other philosophical works by Megatron. He tends to indulge these pleasures at the same time he's using his outlier ability to cause the Decepticon Justice Division's latest transgressor's spark to self-destruct. The leader of the D.J.D., Tarn epitomizes the mentality of the team. He is beyond zealous in his devotion to Megatron's cause, going so far as to emboss the Decepticon insignia onto his own faceplate. No traitor, no coward is capable of escaping his team. Despite appearances, Tarn is a mess of contradictions. Viewing himself as the central pillar of the D.J.D., he can be as brutally violent as any other Decepticon, but views himself as a bureaucrat and his team as his administration. He believes his actions are entirely justified, yet sometimes his thoughts are a constant stream of self-denigration. He works hard to run a tight but fair ship, and is not above taking in an open-minded, needy stray. On the other hand, for all his thoughts of sophistication and control, Tarn can go from affable to life-threatening at the least provocation. His addictive tendencies have led to him burning out his original transformation cog years ago, and his reliance on the power-enhancing Nuke can lead to his losing himself to the lust for violence. And have no doubt that while he may try and convince himself otherwise, Tarn is a truly sociopathic murderer. Ultimately whether Tarn is a monster or not is irrelevant. His utter devotion to the Decepticon cause means he will ensure the fear of Megatron is put into any that would consider abandoning their noble goals. Thank you for reading this if you read this.
Im not personally a fan of non-transforming transformers, but the fact that these guys fulfil a completely different play experience by being buildable kinda makes up for it
they transform from unbuilt to built 😌
Absolutely, but I'd love a model kit that transformers... that isn't 200 dollars
KBB HAS made transformers models kit could transform - and in a way Bandai has been doing Gundam kits (specifically referring to Asshimar, Harute, Kyrios, Zeta) that transform with minimal or no partswapping
I don’t see why other companies can’t do the same
Yes, the figures are so durable and fun to handle. Unlike most model kit.
They're a buildable version of Action Masters! That's a good way to look at it I've found

tarn is my favorite glup shitto of transformers (im calling him a glup shitto cus he's only had 1 appearance outside comics and it was cyberverse)
The cyberverse tarn is pretty good but yeah having only one animated appearance and mainly being a comic character makes him something of an obscure character, although now he seems to be making a name for himself in the toy market, figuratively speaking of course.
"How do you feel about going on the offensive?" - Optimus Prime after Jett gives him Megatron's right arm
Did anyone say offensive?
Honestly surprised to see Tarn get a figure. I remember a few years ago when he barely had any figures so to see him getting love in this is quite the treat.
He’s gotten quite a resurgence recently, and I love it
Finally, Jett reviews model kits! ...but will this be how we manage to get him into Gundam?.
Well, at any case, any shows you're interested on giving a watch?
He mentioned Gun*** at the end, I think he's already down that hole
5:30 My eyes opened wide at that.
Just a little joke for the old-heads lol.
Jett kuso I followed you in tik tok
It's nightmare inducing...
Surprised you didn't take the opportunity to give Optimus Megatron's fusion cannon. Because comics.
Im genuenly amazed by how entertaining Jett is able to make these videos only based around sponsors

I legit thought for a second that they actually released that nightmare of a fusion...
Im kinda ecstatic that we’ve gotten two Jett kuso videos in the past week, this is kinda wild and now im going broke again 😭
I'm so glad Blokees is getting more and more attention. I love the large Optimus Prime, it's the best build I've done for a figure in a while.
I love transformers animated. It was the first transformers cartoon I've watched.
I feel the same way. TFA shockwave/longarm is my favorite transformer toy I've ever personally owned, and the show itself was great

You should look into Bandai's various Shokugan (Candy Toy) lines. A lot of them are buildable (and quite cheap).
You need to do model kit reviews, maybe try the mg zeta ver. Ka? It pretty good amd can transform
