You've become one of the few reviewers I look forward too whenever a new product comes out. Thanks for all the straight forward and consistent reviews. I like seeing the shots on a real hole as apposed to the driving range. Also really like the side by side views to watch the ball flight.
+Michael Stafford thanks Michael, appreciate your feedback & glad your enjoying 👍
Here in Malaysia where I am working there is a big difference in price between the original and the G400. From this review there isn't any reason other than looks to go for the G400.
You are rapidly becoming one of my favourite no nonsense club reviewers, keep it up please.
+Gareth Wilson Hi Gareth. Yes price jump here in U.K. too. Thanks for watching & glad your enjoying 👍
I thought the G crossover was really chunky and too off set. Curious to see G400 in person. How would you compare Callaway Apex UT to G400 crossover?
+Jeffrey Schechter Callaway neater looking than G400 crossover
Is there any difference in forgiveness? The G's wider sole might be a little more forgiving but hard to measure.
good review, how do they compare to the Srixon U65? more forgiving? higher ball flight?
+Chris Welch Hi Chris, that exact video is on my list 😀
why are you hitting the g400 20 odd yes further in this video than your review of the crossover review video
No surprise at all. I feel like Ping rushed this line of clubs to market.
+Adam Denison really, nearly two years since they launched G range.
I didn't elaborate. What I meant was that I felt like they were working on trying to find the right predecessor to the ultra successful G series and felt pressured to put something out because every other major manufacturer has had a major club release. The G400 clubs look amazing but from your reviews and every other review I've watched they really aren't an improvement on the G series. I don't play Ping clubs (other than ping putters which I always use) but I'm a huge fan of the way they do business in the golf industry. I guess I am just a bit disappointed because the G series didn't get a facelift or an upgrade in reality.
