check to see what materiel is blocking it. Hopefully its just RTV or a silicone product from someone applying too much sealant. I would pull the oil pan and clean it out. If your oil feed line is plugging then most likely the pickup screen is full of trash too.
@@Bingboysgarage pickup just just fine now, but new issue after I hit 2000rpm check engine light comes on and power goes..can hardly go up hills. No scanner has been able to read the codes.

In the vac lines are all sorts of different sized restrictor pills, replace a vac line and leave one of these out and you get lots of different issues with the turbo system.
I have one of these and the secondary turbo oil line keeps getting blocked right after I finished clearing it.
