- Old man wrist strength! PR was 23 reps with Right. Left hand is 16 reps which is still darn good 🦁 I will take Much needed break from this intense wrist training and then work toward ultimate goal 28 KG (62 LB) for a single.
Supination is nearly two times harder than pronation. Awesome.
