Hey mate. I am Australian and just came across your channel. I saw your speech at the hearing regarding the ATF. Brilliant! As you know we are disarmed in my country. And we are now one of the most dystopian and totalitarian countries in the OECD. Our Founding Fathers didn't have the foresight to include a first and second amendment. The reason was we were practically ungovernable. They didn't think Australia would ever fall to tyranny. We have gone from a country that parliament was forced to hold TWO referendums on conscription in 1916(defeated both times), when the US was suffering under Wilson's War Socialism. Because they knew they faced rebellion if they simply legislated it. Fast forward to today and we are disarmed and helpless. Violent crimes, home invasions, thefts, rapes...the list goes on are normal now. And the criminal gang running the show pass increasingly totalitarian laws with impunity. NEVER GIVE UP YOUR FIRST AND SECOND AMENDMENT. Especially the latter. Or you will be us. A nation of indentured servants with a right to self defence on paper only, run by criminals, ordering their badged mafia to commit horrific abuses of basic rights, with no recourse. Love from Down Under mate👊
Sorry Brandon, we have our way of putting words and letters. Bigger countries then us tried us to reteach how to speak and write, and all of them failed against our language, invention and resilient proves! Also, we still are hoping you do more about our Polish weapons! Dont think finding our very hidden tear gas launcher changes anything! Regards from Poland!
Found out that y'all's way of saying "police brutality" doesn't have a whole lot of diacritical marks, just two of the same at the end of the "brutality" part. Still trying to find out the intricacies of pronouncing that Ł, however.
@@Chaos89P Thing is, we dont use "police brutality" as a sentences that often when describing police abuse of power or brutal actions. It is a word but we dont use it in same level or as often as English speakers. We just say "Brutal actions of police" if one wants to be dramatic enough. Besides, we are used to see our police/military using excessive force on its own people, actual all of East Europe did xD I sadly cant give much pointers regarding specific of pronounce "Ł", apart that its similar with all our letters, as in depends per use. Sorry.
You should either (or both) open up to bore of the can holder slightly or drill a few ports around the outside of the back of the can holder to bleed off some pressure. That way it lobs the can a little easier instead of blowing the can up. Plus it would have the added benefit if cutting back some recoil. Making it all around more fun to play with.
I think they may have made it so the muzzle blast goes directly to the ass of the can. Needs something to diffuse the muzzle blast so it pressurized a space behind the can so the force is bearing on the entire surface area of the cans ass not just 7.62 mm of it.
@georgereiss998 that's a solid point. Reading that made me wonder how the AR can launcher works. My 30 seconds of reading says it redirects the gas through a special gas tube to avoid direct and concrete gas flow.
Brandon you might want to try a cardboard crush shock buffer on the bases of the white claws like in a shotgun shell wad. Or you might try thin laminated stacks of balsawood and cardboard. That should allow the pressure exerted on the projectile not to exceed the burst limits of the thin can walls. Plus, a high/ low pressure launch like the mk79 and M203 allow the high pressure gas's to disperse. To a softer launch. Versus the direct dumping of gas onto the projectile.
The blanks used for lobbing gas canisters isn’t a typical blank which burns super fast, but more like a magnum pistol powder, fast enough to burn without a projectile in place, but not explosively fast the punch the arse out of the canister
While I was in the navy. We had a modification that we could attach to the barrel of our M14 (yes, the navy still uses m14s quite a bit) so that we could use it to fire rubber plugs with our lines on it (messanger line adapter). That's how we shot lines over to other ships. So we could then pull over fuel hoses and other things.
0:05 had to rewind this part.. honestly didn’t hear that it was a tear gas grenade launcher so I thought I witness someone getting obliterated by a shotgun or something
Not sure how much difference there is. At that range most gas canister guns are going to do some serious damage. They aren't meant to shot at people at point blank range, you are supposed to avoid hitting anyone even when firing from 50 yards away.
@@pixllo as a person of general contrary opinion to the general perception of ones own opinion. I approve on your own approval of bravofox7226's approval of slander against the polish language.
I was not expecting this real tear gas grenade launcher to turn into a White Claw can cannon. That was a bit of a mental flashbang, but it only took me a couple seconds of processing to think to myself, "Of course he did."
For future reference a 12 fluid ounce can is roughly 13.9 ounces of weight, or about 6000 grains. So 50 times the weight of a regular AK projectile. That's why the recoil is so high.
@@torgejh9189 I'm like 95% sure you're trolling, but I'll give you a serious answer just in case. When you buy ammo, and it says the bullet is 95gr, or 120gr. That "gr" stands for grains. It's the measurement bullets and powder are measured in. One pound is 7000 grains.
@@CamaroZ28Nut3 I'm actually not trolling at all, I'm just one of the odd europeans on this channel. Therefore pretty much all of my gun knowledge is in german and we don't use grains, we use grams/ milligrams for weight and millimeters for diameter/ length. But then again, my experience is very limited. I've only ever shot 9x19 Luger, because that's more or less the only type of ammunition you can reliably get over here if you're not a certified hunter. That's the EU's idiotic gun laws for you.
@@robinx961Man I wish I could...Swiss gun regulations are definitely some of the best on earth, and it's a super cool country in general. It's just that everything there is batshit expensive and if you're not already rich, moving there from a different country is gonne bleed your bank account dry in no time.
Definitely unique, kind of reminds me of the launchers we had when I was a Navy MP in the 80's; they were a tube that clamped onto the muzzle of an 870 and there was even a version that clamped onto the muzzle of the ancient S&W M&P .38s that we were issued as sidearms. The pistol version was something of a PITA to shoot but the shotgun version worked fine every time. Keep bringing the AK "uniqueness"!
I used to train on the 12 gauge launchers. It was a tear gas grenade cup that attached to the end of a pump shotgun. You'd seat the grenade, inserting the spoon tail into a slot on the side of the "barrel". Once secured, you'd pull the pin (having a pre-made straight pin on stand-by). Load a blank into an unloaded shotgun and, do what God intended. I will tell you, it LAUNCHES those grenades boy. WAY farther than you'd think... yeah. We launched one over the range berm and about 150 yards into "property that wasn't the range". It was a moment.
I actually cheered out loud when you said you said you were gonna do the white claw penetration test. It was all I wanted from the moment you put the first white claw in the launcher.
put the top in first. The weak point for opening the claw is rupturing from the pressure rise. Flip it around and most likely the pressure will make the concave bottom into convex (better for flight) and then fly forward, but the thicker bottom should not rupture. The top now being at the back, will likely open, possibly leaving a liquid vapor trail behind it, ala tracer..... Couldnt hurt to try
Is your can launcher built similar to a can cannon? If not, i think that's why you're blowing out the cans, instead of launching them. The can canon has a stem inside the tube that disperses the gas around the bottom surface of the can (think of like..a capped muzzle brake) then pushes the can out with that lowered pressure thanks to the volume it needs to fill in the bigger tube instead of just the bore. If it's just the bore into the back of the can....Byebye can bottom/lid. 😅 Maybe a "can launcher V2" vid in the future?
I love congressmen Brandon Herbearbear. He was one of the first american boots in iraq...tagging targets of interest and making as much love to the Iraqi woman who could not resist his charm and manly charisma. Thank you for your service.
Even if he must design and make it himself like the.50bmg ak project. Given time and resourses I could see Brandon redesigning a Battleship gun after an AK. Can you picture mighty mo's (USS Missouri) 9 main guns retooled to fire like an AK machine gun. Her broadside would be at least 10x as powerful provided it wouldn't capsize the ship.
Dunno about RWGŁ-3, but RWGŁ-1 had a screw placed vertically in the barrel that was positioned so that you can't chamber a live round. I believe the same is true for RWGŁ-3 EDIT: It has a tab sticking out in front of the mag that blocks loading of non-blank rounds. Source: ruclips.net/video/0H538_7VSdU/видео.html
A net be super easy with that..use a casting net, change the weights from lead, 3d print a cup to hold the net, with lil clips which nestle the weights along the interior circumference of the barrel flush with the muzzle..kinda like an oversized shotgun shell with the projectiles towards the front
Well, as a person that shot at least several dozen UGŁ (Uniwersalny Granat Łzawiący - Universal Gas Grenade, universal 'cause they're either thrown or launched from RWGŁ/AWGŁ) through an RWGŁ, I loved seeing that thing in your hands, Brandon. Fun fact: RWGŁ-1 was based on Mosin. And Brandon, we love ya, but just a word of warning - if you ever come here and do a russian accent like before blastin that plate, you'd be walkin' on thin ice, homie! (just shits and giggles, actually, I kinda try to torture you by making you attempt to talk in Polish more) And as for the net adapter (fun fact: these nets are a major PITA to pack back in after firing), SZO-84 (Siatkowy Zestaw Obezwładniający) ain't easy to come by, I wouldn't be surprised if all existing ones belong to the Policja. Also, if you think RWGŁs are crazy, I just wanna say that it's not peak fuckery done in Poland to an AKM. Check out AWGŁ-3.

Is it just me seeing things, or did most of the whiteclaw can being launched stay in the tube for the whiteclaw on whiteclaw violence @7:10 If so, that would explain why the one being hit took so little damage.
I have a something for your "net gun." It may not even require any extra parts. You might need to make another toob. Done simply, you would need a net with weights on the ends, expanding foam, and thin plastic (you might even be able to get away with using cheap sandwich bags). Put the net wad between two sando bags and slide that into the toob. (it will not be snug at first). Fill the bags with expanding foam and close them off. After expansion, you will have a perfect Sabot (pronounced sah-bo) with your net load inside. When you fire it off the two halves of the sabot will split off and the load itself will fly towards the direction of fire. This works in larger high powered air cannons and is also used in high powered bullets (SLAP rounds). And to be honest, as you're the guy who kind of invented the AK50, I would be more impressed knowing you did it yourself (rather than sourcing a hard to find Polish parts kit)... im sure im not the only one. Thank you for everything you're doing for this country, and our education and entertainment. Also, if you read and reply to this, thank you for your time.

Gedday Brandon. Love your content and wish we had the 2nd Amendment here in Australia. OK, I have a fix. Weld a small metal disk onto the center of a circular frame that is the same diameter as the tube. Place it about a quarter to a half inch above the exhaust (barrel) and below where the can would sit (the can would sit on top of it). That would redirect the gases toward the outboard edge of the tube instead of directly into the bottom of the can. I am assuming that the edges of the cans are the strongest point of the 'claw.
My grandpa had this when he was in the Milice, nice to see someone fire it :p and no btw, he doesn't have it with him, almost all weapons used by milice officers were property of the milice.

Well, Minecraft Steve would say "if it seats, it yeets." I wouldn't say that though, I am a responsible taxpayer and I love the IRS. (Plz don't audit me)
Add some sort of plastic wad behind the can to prevent it from blowing out the can. Alternatively, create a can stop that hold the can an inch or two off the base of the tube, so the air space can fill with gas more gently, rather than so abruptly. In other words, reduce the compression ratio. Give up some efficiency to prevent destructive knocking, as it were.

Brandon when you shot the white claw with a white claw 7:07 it didn’t even come out of the barrel it just shot the top part off. You can still see the white claw in the barrel at 7:12

The net kit, SZO-84 apparently was actually effective, though it's doubtful if ever was used aside of training or demonstrations for the higher ups and other brass. However those were single use (with unrecommended but feasible ability to reload/refurbish), so if any still exist those are in very dusty stores somewhere in Poland, forgotten by literally everyone (otherwise they would be instantly on some market to buy).
I think you need to throw it back on the lathe and turn the inside slightly larger. It may allow enough blow by so the can is not destroyed before it leaves the bore.

Also, we still are hoping you do more about our Polish weapons! Dont think finding our very hidden tear gas launcher changes anything!

Besides, we are used to see our police/military using excessive force on its own people, actual all of East Europe did xD
I sadly cant give much pointers regarding specific of pronounce "Ł", apart that its similar with all our letters, as in depends per use.
Nah there’s a diffuser built in. Just needs a hair more stand-off distance.

Yes please do this I had the same thought!
With a bowl indent
As a Polish person, thank you Brandon for introducing me to this gem!

Not sure how much difference there is. At that range most gas canister guns are going to do some serious damage. They aren't meant to shot at people at point blank range, you are supposed to avoid hitting anyone even when firing from 50 yards away.

For future reference a 12 fluid ounce can is roughly 13.9 ounces of weight, or about 6000 grains. So 50 times the weight of a regular AK projectile. That's why the recoil is so high.
What the hell is a grain?
@@torgejh9189 I'm like 95% sure you're trolling, but I'll give you a serious answer just in case. When you buy ammo, and it says the bullet is 95gr, or 120gr. That "gr" stands for grains. It's the measurement bullets and powder are measured in. One pound is 7000 grains.
@@CamaroZ28Nut3 I'm actually not trolling at all, I'm just one of the odd europeans on this channel.
Brandon is nothing but a classic crazy AK owner, and i love it.
That was awesome. I agree that you DEFINITELY need to find a net launcher version.
This gives a whole new meaning to "Want a beer?" 😂.
You look like you had extra fun on this one. Looks cool as hell.
Brandon casually has the ultimate tailgate gun and refused to tell anyone until now.
A Polish Ak Tear-Gas Grenade launcher I've never heard of this but its hilarious can we all thank Brandon for enlightening us today!
put the top in first.
Always love when Brandon has the weird guns on the channel. Still waiting on a gyro-jet and Luty Part 2 tho #Akgnotificationsquad
My LGS still has a gyrojet pistol waiting for a home
Is your can launcher built similar to a can cannon? If not, i think that's why you're blowing out the cans, instead of launching them. The can canon has a stem inside the tube that disperses the gas around the bottom surface of the can (think of like..a capped muzzle brake) then pushes the can out with that lowered pressure thanks to the volume it needs to fill in the bigger tube instead of just the bore. If it's just the bore into the back of the can....Byebye can bottom/lid. 😅 Maybe a "can launcher V2" vid in the future?

Dunno about RWGŁ-3, but RWGŁ-1 had a screw placed vertically in the barrel that was positioned so that you can't chamber a live round. I believe the same is true for RWGŁ-3
EDIT: It has a tab sticking out in front of the mag that blocks loading of non-blank rounds. Source: ruclips.net/video/0H538_7VSdU/видео.html

So, Brandon has a Beryl.
What about MSBS?
Mini, tho.

Well, Minecraft Steve would say "if it seats, it yeets."
I wouldn't say that though, I am a responsible taxpayer and I love the IRS. (Plz don't audit me)
Wouldn't be hard to replace the tube with one that's the same diameter as a grenade
What about getting the grenade
Add some sort of plastic wad behind the can to prevent it from blowing out the can.
Alternatively, create a can stop that hold the can an inch or two off the base of the tube, so the air space can fill with gas more gently, rather than so abruptly. In other words, reduce the compression ratio. Give up some efficiency to prevent destructive knocking, as it were.
Imagine how based a White Claw sponsorship would be.

The net kit, SZO-84 apparently was actually effective, though it's doubtful if ever was used aside of training or demonstrations for the higher ups and other brass.
