i used to sing and cling to the old rugged cross till i found this being played at our little hope of god church in hopetoun western australia. now i /we (mum dad and 4 kids) sing this with gusto (great enthusiasm) at breakfast lunch and tea and in between till we wore the cd out now we know it of by heart and listen online 24/7 ..... OH WENDY WHITEHEAD we thankyou,,,,, from robert, irina, dylan ,matthew, emilyrose, and baby kathleen mary,,,, PRAISE THE LORD INDEED
I spontaneously sang this song at a statewide pastor's retreat years ago. We were praying for inner healing for each other when the Lord had me belt out this song. One of the pastors grabbed his guitar as I sang. God came down in a big way that day, I get chills even thinking of that time! This happened in Connecticut.
