@@shaniya1146 If you really get to tha5 point...then go for it. It will all grow back nice and healthy. I'm 5 months in and ready to cut it off but I will wait and let it grow out more. Having to deal with two different hair textures can be frustrating.
25 months is a long time for transitioning. People have to cut their hair when they're ready...everyone's hair journey is different. But I think the sooner it's cut off the sooner you will see what your natural hair looks like and learn your own hair
"Who let me do this?" 😆 This video was so cute! It was obvious that you were really scared, so very brave of you to do it, anyway. You are very pretty with or without the longer hair. Best wishes : )
I feel like your hair could be more curlier if you didn’t use the flat iron but I definitely applaud you for transitioning for that long. A lot of people would have given up instead of having to deal with 2 different textures.
I believe being gentle with your hair is key to maintaining the different textures. Making sure you don't have any hair tools (combs, brushes, etc.) that is rough on your hair. I will say, around a few months ago, I did experience some breakage in the back section of my hair. It's kind of hard to avoid.
It looks so much better. I can’t wait for my natural hair to grow out so I can chop it. It’s been 8 months and it’s about 1/4 of the length of her hair after she cut it.
She’s mad pretty 😭😍😍
Been transitioning for about 8 months and I already wanna do the big chop but really scared😭
have u done it yet
Lujayn same I’m 8 months I’m so nervous Bc my mom is trying to make me go to 24 months 😭 I might just cut it off without her knowing...
Me too😭

I'd need at least 4 years to have my hair with that length...
How did your grow this long within 2 years? 😫😍 it’s gorgeous!
Great vid & beautiful hair. i'm curious. how did you maintain your 2 textures for so long? cuz thats in my eyes AMAZING transitioning time!
