Hi from northeastern USA. I’ve never heard that white trousers are tacky, around here well dressed people wear them all the time. I don’t wear white trousers because my hips and thighs are large and I try to visually balance my outfits with light tops and dark bottoms. I wish I felt more comfortable wearing light trousers.
I love, love white pants, trousers, jeans, ankle grazers , have a few pairs and wear them all summer. Don't forget that if you are wearing a colored or print blouse and tucking it in, tuck it next to your body, INSIDE your underwear so the color or pattern doesn't show through.

I wear white jeans almost every day. Not a fan of how a lot of shorts fall on me as a petite. Plus they're a good neutral for a summer palette and dressy imo. Some denim washes make me look dumpy. Just stay away from the sausage casing. Mildly relaxed is perfect.
Run a hot bath, put on your Levis, soak, add bit more hot water, soak... soak till you sick of it, dry & blot as best you can then go lie in the sun or lie by the fire until dry 😊 White jeans are the classiest, smartest & sexiest but come with their own 'lore' . Great video, thank you

I have 2 friends who wear white trousers and look fabulous in them. Now I know they are'skinny folk' and one looks fab in a bin bag.... I am not skinny, rather curvy would love to wear white trousers like them but my choices are usually linen or a 'cool cotton'.... The problems are.... I attract muck, so trousers are black navy, managed to find a nice brown and a nice stone /neutral shade. The next problem is the fact I have lost 2 inches in height.... Used to having longer legs, now shorter legs and a big bottom..... Then there are styles.... Usually wide legged and not flattering so although what I buy is fashionable I can look like a square box. I do not/can't wear heels....i love watching your channel for hints and tips. I think I may have to resort to the sewing machine to take bulk out of the wide legs or wear 6 inch platforms again!!!!! (which is why I cannot wear heels now... Too many ankle injuries from falling off them!!!) your suggestions keep me sane.. I watch others and think... No not me....
Yes, I totally understand about what you wrote. We are in the "same boat" and you are not alone. White pants look great on very slender women but not on me. I am also short and cannot wear heels anymore. White pants, wide legged pants look terrible on me. I, like you stick to darker colours, black, navy, dark brown but I do wear white or light color tops. I just don't think that white or light colour pants are flattering for all body types (mine anyway. 😊 ) Even with blue jeans, I love the dark wash over lighter jeans. More slimming and better if you are also short, like 5' 1".
Get a pair of flatforms rather than platforms. Flatforms are a flat sandal that have a platform, just not a highheel. Flatforms are comfortable to wear especially if they have good cushioning. They add height without the discomfort of a platform wedge heel.

Navy -- and most other blues -- make my skin look gray, so I don't wear them much. But I wear green or yellow with white jeans, or just wear black and white stripes, to get the same nautical effect.
I like the look of them and that they go with lots of colours, but usually chicken out of actually wearing them because they mark and stain easily, require more washing, and can make you look wider.

I stick a spoonful of Vanish in my white wash. An extra rinse too
Vanish is recommended by P20 suncream too. I saw that when I had to get P20 oil out. Vanish worked

I think white knickers are better, they disguise the pocket bags . I wore flesh toned knickers and I just looked like I gad no underwear on.
