Hi Ross thanks for sharing your videos, EMI has to be one of the devils tools when it comes to electronics and we all need to do as much as we can to eliminate and insulate from it and you have pointed out some helpful and positive ways to do just that. I am just glad I don't have anything Plasma on my CNC router cheers Bill
Well Bill, if you like thumping your head against a wall about EMI. I would advise you to try giving plasma ago. No joking I've got my fare share of bumps on my head.🥴

good to see someone else running their plasma with a masso. have you figured out how to make the torch turn on and off automatically when using feed hold?
No i haven't Chris, I close to never get a crash and lets say if it did you press start to line and it will start from the last Pierce. just up the thc a bit say from 124 to 147 and it should be OK. I only use feed hold if i want to remove a flip up after a cut, remove the flip up then press start to continue to the next part to cut. Thanks for becoming a subscriber.
I basically covered every thing in this video for grounding. The only thing i didn't mention was i pour water down the hole next to the ground rod. Plus all the wiring is double shielded and conned to the bus bar of the cabinet and run to the table leg with heavy gauge speaker wire. If that is all done and you still have problems you would be best having a second ground rod next to the cabinet.

Awesome job Ross!
Thanks for the reply, I did this video to help a fellow cnc plasma guy, He has a table that breaks all the rules, just hope he learns from this video.
@@rosswoolley2854 You're a good man. I'm planning on building a CNC Plasma table soon, so I'll be watching all your vids(again) for some inspiration.
