@@ComputerizedCanada a month ago they said that the motherboard is dead and need replacement and now 1 month and a week later they contacted me that the issue isn’t the MOBO but the SSD. The ants issue idk but the support keeps disregarding that issue i even have proofs of it. 🤦

Just curious, what broke? Such a shame, they should have sent you a direct replacement instead of holding it in for repairs.
