Luka basically mimics Ivan choking Till in Round 6 when he puts his hands around Till's neck, causing Till to have flashbacks of Ivan dying. All of that causes Till to falter in his performance (and causes a nosebleed because he is so emotionally distressed), so now Luka has the upper hand in winning since Till isn't in the right state of mind anymore. He gets a little strength back and starts doing better when he spots Mizi in the crowd, but by then it's too late and Luka wins.
