I forgot to mention, have smaller and more achievable goals! :D If you have any other ideas on how to enjoy the game and not burn out, let me hear it!!
I just love getting all types of animals in a big zoo/ pet shop (all color variants too, like all the different color variants of cats, dogs, parrots, horses etc and then naming all of them) Oh and of course visiting every biome and building a themed house or small village there, same with the nether
Burnout be real, but in the end.. I always return to Minecraft, no matter how long it would be, days, weeks, years, i always come back to come play it again and begin the next journey again. you never leave Minecraft for good.. you just take a really long break is all.
Damn, that was a chill 15 minutes. Especially with the MC music playing. I agree with the burn out reasons & like the ideas for how to not burn out. Mending definitely has trivialized some things, fortune too. Maybe they should've made mending only be in chests throughout the world and not from fishing and villagers. Might be too late to change that though, as most of the MC players would probably get really toxic and annoyed. Everything is the players choice anyways, so go for mending if you want. Imagine if mending was instead replaced with legendary ingots/diamonds found in chests very rarely. Combine w the tool to make it unbreakable or have the mending effect. I remember Villagers being a BIGGGGG reason for why I kept playing. Before mending, you'd try and get the best villager trades for diamond pickaxes /w enchants and so on. I think most the trades are changed since then though. Nice video :)
Thank you! :D I agree with the mending thing, that would be really cool but sadly they've implemented a lot of things in a way that can't really be reversed or changed without people cryin' about it D: Never was much of a villager type guy myself but I can see it being kinda fun
I really enjoyed the pacing and style of this video, so many things on RUclips are made to be flashy and follow whatever is trending but this video was unique and made genuinely. I'll definitely be sticking around, it's nice to feel a connection, your videos seem really down to earth
i think the biggest problem with minecraft is that it just doesnt feel new. yeah theres new updates, but its such a small amount at a time that it doesnt really feel new. i play on a world with tons of biome and structure mods, which also add new ores and crafting recipes as well as someanimal mods and bird mods, and the game feels way fresher and like a nearly new experience
In my solo world, I have everything maxed out. I was super bored so I just made iron armor, enchanted it a little bit, and set out 5000 blocks away without anything to make a new house. I recommend it
I just mod the shit out if the game so It plays more like terraria. That way I can play slowly AND have way too many things to do. Never gets boring lol
When I play it’s always on a server with friends. 90% of the time I don’t build a house, or one that is super bare bones. Currently on a heavily modded one and I still don’t have a house. But I do have an infinite diamond mine I spent 3 days on
Mods help alot to skip the annoyances. Mods I don't play without are: A tree chopper Zombie flesh to leather Some NPC bodyguard Distant horizons Oh yah a fps accelerator

Same! No one stops playing....we just....take a break
The two week Minecraft phase. I know it too well.
Yeah, Minecraft is likely exempt from the fate that 90% of MMORPGs befall after 5-10 years.
a 360 on that cow? get this man into parkour civilization
But nobody goes for the beef in parkour civilization T_T
omg i just got off that video
Close, but i definitely would have gone straight into that mine and showed the mobs who's boss.
Fair enough :D
I wait until I have at least leather armor.
So we back in the mine
I should actually FINISH playing minecraft, I have NEVER killed the dragon alone in a solo world LUL, I might just do it next week.
did you do it?
did you do it?

Wow, thank you! I really appreciate that a lot :D

The new stuff for any developed world is so far out it feels bad. I'd like to be able to reload chunks each update

When i feel like im starting to burn out
i try other things in minecraft that i don't usually do, like redstone and building
Smart!
I really gotta try redstone some day. I tried it once in 2011 & felt like it was over my head.
0:44 this is the last place i'd expect to find someone who's played quake 2 XD
why start new world in the first place? you can develop existing world. make farms, terraform, etc.
Can't relate too much but love the ideas. I have more of a two week Minecraft break rather than phase.

I like building things
It's easy to tire of LEGO kits that only let you do one thing.
But you can play with the buckets forever.
I thoroughly enjoyed this. Thank you
I'm glad you did! thank you for watching it :D
Never forget the work bench

Big fan of that intro, very fun
Thank you! it was literally my first time messing around with that mod and making something like it! o:
watching this video calmed me down and helped me unwrap my lollipop.
Underrated
How can you not use mending and fortune/silk-touch? Ores are a limited resource!
b-but.. minecraft is infinite? /lh
My boy probably corrupted by Slaanesh😊
Mods help alot to skip the annoyances.
Mods I don't play without are:
A tree chopper
Zombie flesh to leather
Some NPC bodyguard
Distant horizons
Oh yah a fps accelerator
People who doodled alot are perfect for Minecraft
its strange but ive improved my english lvl a bit by watching this video
nice texture pack!
is that Golden days?
I play minecraft for the building aspect, not for the end portal
Visit End. Build better End city in Peaceful mode.
Meanwhile: me still unable to get blaze rods
what mod/datapack are you using during the commentary part of the video? it looks interesting.
I'm using Nostalgic Tweaks and Modern Beta!
So true though
bro what kinda world are you playing on, it says 1.20.1 but it appears your in alpha😭
It's a mod! Modern Beta and Nostalgic Tweaks
@@DozyWuff I don't know why I've never thought of that! That kinda stuff would be great for args
i have been playing minecraft since early 1.17 and i have never found a single diamond😂
Pfft, I hope you find some soon!
Bro... "Don't forget the workbench" was amazing🥲
