Light traffic, less randoms trying to speed home through rush hour traffic, larger gaps to shoot through etc.

Had one real close call , to this day i swear my grandparents gave me a an almost divine intervention . I should’ve been dead . Chain snapped and locked my rear tire , all I remember was tunnel vision , speedo flashing 186 and BAM . slowmotion . Bike was snaking and im staring straight down at the front fender . Never looked up , it was like time stood still . Then in an instant, the snap to reality and i was free coasting . No license , just endorsement , nightime and on the freeway . When i finally came to a stop i jumped off the bike , threw my helmet down and started laughing to the point where i broke down and started to lose it . Not 3 days later that bike was sold . Ill never forget that night .

For the people saying skills and luck only you get you so far, I've never driven a BMW properly, but all my boys who went from civics and corollas to driving the BMW's even the basic 320i, they all said it's like when you hit the gas the power comes right away and that cut which only exists for that half a second you can make and the handling is so tight on them that even an inexperienced driver can make some savage cuts. In civics and corollas you don't have that power (not talking about si or something just basic) so when you wanna go and split two cars in the middle or make fast cuts, you legit have to be a great driver, know your car and how good your brakes and all are.
I use to do this 20yrs ago and now look back and say what was the purpose of even trying to keep up with someone in traffic unless it’s supposed to demonstrate your abilities to weave. Now I just open it up when i can and actually enjoy without slamming on my breaks every 10sec
My friend got into a serious accident doing this and he actually caused another accident where a person span out. They both luckily left with minor injuries, this can fun but some days things don’t go as planned so always be mindful of that. Be safe❤

Unfortunately this is fun and addicting until it's not anymore. Did it as a teen I can't lie and back then I saw no issues. As an adult I can tell you it's stupid. It takes one car or driver to make a mistake and your done. Plus you have no way to say it wasn't your fault. Evryother driver on the road will point the finger at you guys. Street racing isn't bad when done correctly less traffic, gaps need to be bigger, just be smarter overall.
For the people saying skills and luck only you get you so far, I've never driven a BMW properly, but all my boys who went from civics and corollas to driving the BMW's even the basic 320i, they all said it's like when you hit the gas the power comes right away and that cut which only exists for that half a second you can make and the handling is so tight on them that even an inexperienced driver can make some savage cuts. In civics and corollas you don't have that power (not talking about si or something just basic) so when you wanna go and split two cars in the middle or make fast cuts, you legit have to be a great driver, know your car and how good your brakes and all are.

I use to do this 20yrs ago and now look back and say what was the purpose of even trying to keep up with someone in traffic unless it’s supposed to demonstrate your abilities to weave. Now I just open it up when i can and actually enjoy without slamming on my breaks every 10sec
My friend got into a serious accident doing this and he actually caused another accident where a person span out. They both luckily left with minor injuries, this can fun but some days things don’t go as planned so always be mindful of that. Be safe❤
