Usually when they make offensive jokes about other nations they try to be somewhat clever or funny. That time it just felt like deliberately trying to be offensive. And I say that because its the only nationality based joke on Top Gear I never found remotely funny.

Also Mexicans are famously hard workers so the lazy jokes are also a bit confusing. Consider the average work week in the "over-worked" USA is 33.9 hours. In the UK it's 32.1. In Mexico, it's 41.1!
