    Mariusz was a supreme athlete!

The weights were so light for them

Was it Big Loz that openly stated the Poles would often rig the competition in favour of Polish athletes? Like give them less weight, etc? I mean, with all due respect to Mariusz, this was already 100% his competition to lose as it’s literally all moving events and no super heavy weights at all. You can tell the competition is already too light when the former powerlifters don’t do well at all. All the top placed guys are known for their athleticism. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Mariusz and Jarek got some lighter weights snuck in. I know he’s the Dominator and everything, but some of this stuff is just ridiculous even compared to what he was doing when he won the WSM with largest margin in the truly competitive era. The 5-second gap in the tire flip really does make me suspect some foul play.

Yes, it was Big Loz, but he stated the times when he was competing (around 2008-2009), where events in Polish were really a pathology

I'm not sure this was rigged in the way Shahlei implied (literally cheating with different weights between athletes) but the events are definitely cherry picked to ensure Dimek and Pudz win

I don’t think it was europes strongest man he was indirectly calling out but it is very suspicious how athletes like jarek dymek would dominate strongman competitions in Poland but only do mediocre at best in other international competitions outside of Poland.
As for mariusz, doesn’t really apply. Because he still dominated at the big shows especially wsm and was still top 5 in Arnold’s strongman classic in 2003 and 2004
