To clarify, my statue is 94/399 so I just wanted to it to be clear. It is a low number so I was caught off guard that it started having issues a month later. I apologize.
I tried turning it off and on, unplugged it but it always turns on the sword halfway and starts glitching. It’s really tedious cause I’ve tried the same adapter with the same amount of voltage you guys provide and it’s still the same problem.
Just got this piece back in March, however there’s a catch. The fire sword stopped working after 1 month and it’s only been halfway working. I was using an outlet remote as well to turn off my statues and it worked just fine until it started not working after a month. I tried using a different adapter with the same volts and same amps but I still get the same issue. Is there any way I can get customer support from you guys by any chance? This statue is amazing but it’s somewhat of a letdown if I can’t use the fire sword properly.
Thats really unfortunate… did you ever solved the issue? I also have another question is any of the weapons metal? The sword the mace the chain? Or is it all plastic?
@@Joehatrix they’re all metal my brother. Don’t use any remote control switch outlets because some of them don’t have the ability to turn off during a power surge. In this case, I suppose this one. They gave me a replacement fire sword but it didn’t even bother working. They gave me a partial refund for it but I never ended up fixing it.
@ thats really a bummer…. I’m glad they were proactive in trying to solve your issue. At least you have the second non flamed option to display with. Thank you for answering. I’m on the waitlist to hopefully get me one eventually! What is the overall weight of the entire piece?
@ It’s like 90+ pounds. I wouldn’t recommend picking it up by yourself unless you’re that strong. The only thing I struggled with was the belt, everything else was magnetic and it fit perfectly. This statue is still amazing even with the normal sword however. It just looks like a Cheeto puff if you don’t have the flaming sword on is all.
I had just received a replacement fire sword and unfortunately, it didn’t even work at all vs. the original but the statue still comes with a normal sword so I’m still satisfied just bummed out.

After the replacement sword didn’t work, they told me that there wasn’t anything they can do on their end since there was no more replacement fire swords.
