Sir , both is diffrent V2.0 and v2.1 liV2.0 and v2.1 big difference on hardware. FPGA ic 2.0 is LX4 , in 2.1V is LX9 hardware is upgraded . Also V2 will not work old version of easy jtag. Because hardware FPGA is upgraded if you compare both pcb , there is big change is FPGA ic and small components , rest look wise it is same.
