Lovely homes, but sloppily made beds that look like someone just crawled out of them or the children had been bouncing on them do not indicate comfort or coziness to me. Just drives me crazy. The same with the oversized, sloppy, formless sofas in many of these lovely little nooks and living areas. Again, sloppy and formless does not indicate comfort. You can use soft fabrics and sofas with some shape and style in these areas and it would look much neater and not like the house is a mess. While a bit of a cluttered look can be considered cozy and cute, one has to balance this. Sorry, not meaning to be overly critical, but these are such lovely places, these little cottages, and I hate to see ignorance ruin them.
Maybe, imho calling vintage items "old crap" often reflects a perspective that sees them as outdated, worn, or irrelevant. However, for many people, vintage pieces hold unique value, offering craftsmanship, character, and a sense of nostalgia that newer items may lack. The energy or history behind these items can be unsettling for some, as they’ve been touched by unknown hands and experiences. Yet for others, this very history is what makes them special-a tangible connection to the past. Ultimately, it’s a matter of personal preference whether one sees vintage as treasure or "old crap."
I like vintage look, but i buy the antique reproduction. I reupholstery it if neccessary with antique vintage fabric. We still can enjoy the old look without worries of sanitation and spiritual stained traces.
I love fireplaces!
thank you
Thank you being halfway through our small 480sqft cottage refurbishment seeing these lovely images helps me keep the faith

Very nice. 🎉❤

I want the major sitting area to face the windows to take advantage of the views, especially with great scenes like around these cottages.
we hope the next video we can do it

Beautiful but can you show some interiors that don't rely on having an impressive window as a focal point?
We'll try it in a next video
