The elites are the top 5, and that's it. Nick Bosa, TJ Watt, Myles Garrett, Micah Parsons, Maxx Crosby. These are the top 5 that come to my head. But other guys I'm taking over Young: Joey Bosa, Danielle Hunter, Haason Reddick, Trey Hendrickson, Von Miller, Montez Sweat, Jaelan Phillips, Josh Allen.
I do think Chase Young did play a little bit smarter in 2022 as well. Before it seemed like he played with little to no awareness and just rushed at people, but in 2022 he seemed to be a little more conscious of what was going on around him
They was hyping him up to be the next LT coming out of college !! Its crazy how he came into the league with all that hype drafted that high & he's nowhere near good as parsons
i’m Washington fan and i agree with you. But i think they should pick up his fith year option because if he ball out this season he will ask for the moon for his next contract.
Hell nah, he's a bust, close to being a Jag, he isn't generational, he isn't special, he has 0 pass rushing skills, none, he justs runs around, I'm glad the didn't pick up his option, not paying this dude 20M+, he's nowhere near Maxx Crosby, TJ Watt, hell he isn't JJ Watt, we should trade him, but can't get anything for him, so it looks like we will get a comp pick for letting him walk next year.
Maybe he’d be better at a 4-3 with his hand in the dirt ? I agree with you when it comes to his weakness with his hands. Also I do see that he struggles with pad level maybe that’s why sum of his pass rush moves are lack luster
Reminds me of Bo Jackson. Sometimes freak athletes (in a good way) suffer freakish injuries. Chase Young loves football & he has to learn technical approaches of the position because his superior athletic ability worked in college. I’m convinced that his love of football will make him learn, compete & grow.
Let's say they do pick up his fifth year option to motivate him - what kind of season would it take for him to have to get re-signed? I'm wondering where the line is for keeping him vs. letting him walk
Chase Young was never considered elite. Elite prospect? Yes but elite player as in I'm putting him on the same level as Myles Garrett, TJ Watt,Micah and Nick Bosa? No. And even then how are you making the argument cause his best season was his rookie season and injuries have derailed everything else
Study work on improve Chase get better we need you get better, work out more with other pass rusher, Edge rusher, work out Micah pardon Chase learn from him
Chase Young relied on his atheltic ability to man handle college players. He never learned any skills. Once he hit the pros, those atheletic abilities didn't work the same. He is a bust.
I remember back in April 2020 that the so called experts pegged Tua Tagovailoa as a can't miss ELITE qb......3 years later, he's good, but worthy of the #1 pick? Certainly not ELITE......I get the same feelings about Chase Young.....not sure his small frame can take the pounding if he goes to either Carolina or Houston.....Tua Tagovailoa should be a cautionary tale.
That Sweat highlight against the Browns was crazy. Walked that tackle back
I was really impressed with the D-Line as a whole in the Browns game that's what made me start believing in Chase Young again 😂
@@BigBroKumawas still the most disappointing game from last year
I don’t usually do this, but as a Panthers fan I’m still salty he won rookie of the year over Chinn just because of the hype he had

I do think Chase Young did play a little bit smarter in 2022 as well. Before it seemed like he played with little to no awareness and just rushed at people, but in 2022 he seemed to be a little more conscious of what was going on around him
we need a micah parsons film review
Really great content as usual Theo. Can’t wait to see you blow tf up
How was he elite to begin with? Highest sack total is 7.5
He tore his ACL and came back late last year
@@PNW30568 with that being said then he is not elite. injury prone
Yeah be was never elite lol
i could take him.
Fair
In football right?
They was hyping him up to be the next LT coming out of college !! Its crazy how he came into the league with all that hype drafted that high & he's nowhere near good as parsons
Could u also do a video on Montez sweat he's been kinda disappointing as well
i’m Washington fan and i agree with you. But i think they should pick up his fith year option because if he ball out this season he will ask for the moon for his next contract.
Trade him to lions for okudah and swift
Hell nah, he's a bust, close to being a Jag, he isn't generational, he isn't special, he has 0 pass rushing skills, none, he justs runs around, I'm glad the didn't pick up his option, not paying this dude 20M+, he's nowhere near Maxx Crosby, TJ Watt, hell he isn't JJ Watt, we should trade him, but can't get anything for him, so it looks like we will get a comp pick for letting him walk next year.
Chase needs to work with the bosa’s on his technique, if he wants to be worth that pick he’s an elite run defender
“still” ??
He never was lol
Improve get better , prictice practice practice Chase, work to do better to improve
Blown out…. It’s over for him
Yesssss yes give give chance
His technique is awful, watching Sweat play really shows that.
Chase Best in the biz
He is basically Jadaveon Clowney
Go Chase
Chase still good very good
Is bralen trice a top 5 pick next year?
Yesssss
Maybe he’d be better at a 4-3 with his hand in the dirt ? I agree with you when it comes to his weakness with his hands. Also I do see that he struggles with pad level maybe that’s why sum of his pass rush moves are lack luster
He’s playing in a 4-3 and most of the time in a 3 point, not sure what you mean here
Pretty sure the commies run a 4-3
Needs to be weary of ending up like J Clowney
He basically at that point

Be Greater, be Greatest, improve your skill, watch Micah pardon film chase, get better Chase, watch pardon film Chase show him Chase it
Needs to learn moves and how to shed blockers! Likes to dance with offensive tackles way too much.
He's like a JD Clowney clone
Study work on improve Chase get better we need you get better, work out more with other pass rusher, Edge rusher, work out Micah pardon Chase learn from him
Never draft a DL from OSU, they’re made out of glasses
Don't be crazy keep him other team wants him
Focus focus on football Chase

No, he should not be considered elite
He never was

When was he ever considered elite😂?
He’s never been “elite” in his entire nfl career.
