I did a paper on this in my Conflict Resolution class. Fear was a motivator for me to speak up in a positive manner as well as listen. I learned to be vulnerable and not be afraid to say no in a positive way. I did an excercise years ago & recently. I was an Amiable/Amiable and learned to speak up and now an Amiable/Expressive. I had to let go of that fear of hurting feeling, being rejected. It was taking a mental & physical toll on me. I learned to break up with that fear. Thank you for reinforcing & I do journal. I will now write that break up letter. Thanks for this podcast.
Great message in this PODCAST. I see myself in this message.
