I am confused. Why do people always say, "Green Tea" instead of "Matcha?" I drink organic Ceremonial Matcha everyday. Isn't that the same?

For those looking for a good dandelion tea get the dandy blend. Very good tea. It has other roots in it as well that are great for the body. I try to stay away from tea bags do to the plastics in the glue that holds the bag together. If you use the bags then just take the tea out of the bag.

I don't fall into any of those categories but still have fatty liver disease. Don't sleep on protecting your liver.

I take it you still have your gallbladder then? I no longer have mine. Because of sugar as well as no longer being able to break down fat that's why I have NAFLD(Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease).

@@ayasreviewsandtoycolection7148 I really feel for you. Mine is also non alcoholic but I still have a functioning gallbladder for now. Taking milk-thistle supps and dietary changes has really helped. Do you have any advice or preventive measures to share?
