Listening to this young lady talk knowing what we know right now And hearing how she loves her family the beginning of the year There's so many traditions she does with her family how could you put your family through this And just be so depressed that you jump from where there's no turning back 💔 I'm not a psychiatrist but there's something in her brain that just wasn't right RIP young lady

No person is an island we all need emotional support honestly am torn how someone who seems so well put together could end her life like that. But as I have gone through her social media she frequently take about her need to decompress and mental health how someone acutely aware of her mental health could do this is beyond me. But Depression loneliness isolation are all very real and toxic

It saddens me that the things she needed like the gym were shut down. My heat goes out to her and her family.
When you have depression, going out or being busy is a must. So I can only imagine how she feels. It was definitely tough for me in 2020.

Maybe she practised what she preached but I have realised there is a void in mankind that only God can fill.
I don't know how people live life without God but a relationship with Christ has been helping me remain grounded and sane. It's very hard sometimes. Being into fitness myself, trying to live life based on exercise or talking to friends doesn't always help. Sometimes exercise is a burden doing it all the time, sometimes you don't have the right people around you or the right counsellor but a relationship with Christ really can help. That's a suggestion.

As I type this, the three month anniversary of Cheslie's tragic death will come on April 30. Still can't believe she's gone. She's in God's care. May He bless her and her family. However, people should take note from her inspiring videos that will last longer than her existence.

Be a trooper for Christ accept him as Lord and savior and ask him today to help you overcome the things you are facing. When he changes your life, then you can help change the lives of others. If we are not part of the solution we are part of the problem. My Prayers go out to the family of former Miss USA and others who have suffered through the pain of depression and the loss of loved ones.

You're right. We all wonder why she didn't practice what she preached? She often discussed how important it is to be conscious of your mental health and to not be afraid to ask for help. Then she seemingly does the opposite.

Mania can trigger suicide too. There is mania and depression and in mania, someone can get hyper and even irrationally blissful about anything. That could have triggered her jumping off in heels, writing a note on her social media, going up on the 29th floor which I think signified an age gap she didn't want to cross and all these little things. Sometimes, its a fantasy or a belief about the afterlife that propelled her that way apart from the gap she must have felt.
Sometimes its depression, going into a sad, low and dark place that feels hard to escape.
Either way, please get help before things get bad. Yes, save the suicide prevention number on your phone. Don't get overwhelmed with the negativity of life, just be you and do what makes you happy.
But also, try Jesus. He has done wonders for me and can do wonders for you too.
WELL EXPLAINED. WISH SHE WOULD HAVE CALLED HER THERAPIST. DID HERMOM DO ENOUGH KNOWING HER DAUGHTER WAS SUFFERING FROM THIS TERRIBLE DISEASE CALLED DEPRESSION? SEEMS NOT!
I believe she wore sneakers when she jumped I saw a photo of a sneaker in the street next to her covered body :(

Wasn’t away from my family at all, these last 2 years. We only fear The Lord; the only true God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob. We were created to have F2F interaction; put away phones & make others feel worthy. WOW! fear to go outside?! so sad, so many in need of Christ. Let’s LIVE by FAITH & not sight, that’s temporary.

I don’t think she was murdered . Her mom knew it was a suicide and if someone killed her I’m sure her mom would think that too. Please have respect for her family. Don’t act like you know . I believe it was suicide sadly and I know it’s hard to believe but that’s how I feel:(
@@AngelaNicolexo0729 you know I watched a lot of her videos already and did some research. Sadly she did take her life. It’s so sad. What I don’t understand is how her mom didn’t get her any help.

@@mymindseyesees2002 It's sad but sometimes it may be mania. Most people attribute suicide to depression but what if she was in a hyper state from a chemical imbalance.
