But I can tell you, from experience to not give up. 2 Corinthians 5:17, "This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!" You are not the same, you are changed. We take that by faith, not in how we feel.
No matter what has happened in your life, God will never abandon you. No matter what you may be feeling or experiencing, God has NO intention of abandoning you. John 14:18, "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you." Jesus says, "No, I will not abandon you or leave you as orphans in the storm-I will come to you. Others will let us down and abandon us. Even your closest and best friend and even your family will drop you but God will not.

I'm glad you found it. It is one of my favorites. He was a one of a kind pastor! I was so sad to hear of his passing, I cried.😢 He had a way of preaching God's word that both convicted me and made me feel so loved by our Lord and Savior. His sermons got me through some really rough times and taught me so much about aspiring to live a Godly life. No one will fill his shoes. One of the last true men of God who walked the walk....with Christ by his side. I believe He is joyously celebrating as He praises the Lord! I have the deepest Love for this Modern Day Disciple, this Man Of GOD, this Sage, Dr. Charles is anointed. He is an earthly angel. In the secular world this minister could have been a wealthy ( and likely an unsaved)
psychiatrist asking an expensive hourly salary for counseling. BUT God has given him a higher calling. I just hope Dr. Stanley pens his autobiography. Certainly it would be a best seller. On every lists, being an inspirational text for believers and non believers alike. This book would be a "rags" ( unsaved ) to " riches"

We know these attacks are from Satan but we serve a loving God that rides that small storm with us for the short few mins we're panicking (which feels like forever) and he calms the storm raging within us.

The gospel of the kingdom is synonymous with what has become known as “the great commission.”3 In Matthew 28.18-20, gave his disciples the below charge. Matthew recorded:
18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Jesus told his disciples that he would be with them even to the end of the age. The “end of the age” has not come. Therefore, Jesus was speaking of Jews who would trust in Him. A future generation of Jews will believe in Jesus as the Messiah (in His identity) and will fulfil the “great commission” by proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom to the entire world. After this occurs the end will come.
The Church’s (the body of Christ) “great commission” is the “gospel of the grace of God” not the “gospel of the kingdom.” We will not complete the “great commission” because we can not. The Church is under different orders. God saved and commissioned Paul to be the “apostle to the Gentiles” (Romans 11.13; Galatians 2.8; 1 Timothy 2.7) and gave him the “gospel of the grace of God” (1 Corinthians 15.1-4). The Church’s “great commission” is not the gospel of the kingdom or Matthew 28.18-20. The Church’s “great commission” is 2 Corinthians 5.17-21.
As you can see:-
The “gospel of the kingdom” was proclaimed by John the Baptizer, Jesus, and the Twelve.
It was the “good news” of the coming kingdom ( But the Jews rejected it) and required repentance, baptism, and faith that Jesus was the prophesied Messiah.
Romans 11:11-12.
It was proclaimed by Jews to Jews only (with a couple of exception such as the Canaanite woman (Matthew 15.21-28) and the Roman centurion (Matthew 8.5-13). Matthew 10:6-but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Matthew 15:24-But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
This gospel failed due to Jewish unbelief in the name of Jesus Christ. But God will reinstate it after He completes the Church, the body of Christ (at the Rapture). Only those who are saved will be rapture out to Heaven with new Body to live in Heaven
A future generation of Jews (John 10.16) will embrace and believe it and fulfil Romans 11.26.
In the meantime, our gospel is the “gospel of the grace of God” (Acts 20.24; 1 Corinthians 15.1-4).
The phrase “kingdom of heaven” is unique to Matthew (Jewish thing) and used in the following verses: Matthew 3.2, 4.17, 5.3, 10, 19-20, 6.10, 7.21, 8.11, 10.7, 11.11-12, 13.11, 24. The phrase “kingdom of heaven” is at hand and but rejected -- is a genitive of source which means that the source of the kingdom was from heaven. The Kingdom of Heaven is a physical earth here.
Two different Programs…….. Law and Grace. The Bible says we are NOT under the Law. It’s for the Jews only and they could not even keep it. Romans 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believes. Matthew 5:17 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Iv'e been listening to "Uncle Charles" for over 30 yrs. I want to take some time to pray for Pastor Stanley for he has continued to (even thru death of loved ones, societal changes, and personal health issues) bring us the Good News of Jesus for longer than some viewers have been alive. We have taken advantage of his messages for such a long time its hard to imagine a time when he won't be with us any longer. Pastor Stanley if you ever read this God bless you and know that you have done a phenomenal job bringing Christ's loving message to us ALL. You have never made any of us feel judged, ashamed, or afraid of the Word and not all pastors could accomplish THAT. Now another message, for all of those here reading this. KEEP GOING. Do not stop in your efforts to get to know our Higher Power Jehovah and His son. You are here for a reason and there is nothing that this world can offer to replace that love and relationship. The sleepless nights, the arguing, the feelings of low self esteem, whatever it may be do no let these feelings overcome you or stop you. Remember the words of Jesus, "for I have overcome the world", there is no-one in history that has ever uttered those words with such certain love and yet he deals with us so lovingly. So please remember that message! He is with you and the most powerful person you could want in your corner. God bless you ALL. 🌱
