Awesome, I’m glad you enjoyed it! 1. Dive Academy is about six months. 2. It’s relatively safe nowadays with all of the new technology. Back in the day When they were pioneering the industry, it was pretty sketchy.

It wasn’t a very good rate for all the work I did. I was the only diver on that job, and I single-handedly welded over fifty 60-pound anodes. That’s why we only go to Baltimore nowadays if there’s a good-paying Army Corps or government job.

What keeps the anode attached to the piling when you first start the weld, looks like both hands were free
Some anodes I used the small ratchet strap to hold it in place but Most of them I held with one hand and got a tack weld on.

Dude, this is so freaking cool. How do you see when you're down there? The visibility at 32 feet looked almost impossible to work through.
