It's funny Polish aks are often times overlooked and more affordable in the United states, but In Lebanon polish aks are highly sought after and more expensive than other versions. The wz88, polish akms underfolder and beryl are my favorite polish aks.
I bought a 1967 Circle 11 build off Misha a few months ago and love it. Such a sweet shooting and handling gun and exactly what i needed to get my com bloc fix. Superb Polish build quality. Thanks again Misha! Remember tho------------Never go to the theater in Warsaw. No matter where you sit you are behind a Pole.
I'll be buying polish AK today. Year 1967 but with laminated wood (and I hope with matching numbers). I'm so excited and can't wait... 😀 Cheers from Czech rep.
Thank you much for watching. Please just remember that i am still learning everyday and do make mistakes (or learn new things). I try and add this new stuff to later videos though. Also remember, i can't see, so with markings and such, i know only things 2nd hand, cheers.
Thanks for watching. Actually, this wasn't the best condition kit in the batch of about 12 i received from AofA, but for some reason it spoke to me. It had enough honest wear to make it interesting, yet the wood was still soild/uncracked, PG nice, and numbers did match. I put the nicest kits up for sale or also had them built into rifles and moved those. I tend to keep the 2nd best guns haha.
Great rifle, perfect timing as I’ve been working on my 67 the last two days and took it to the range yesterday. The bluing is top notch. Every part must have been polished before blued. The bolt and carrier took to be plated not just in the white like Yugo variants.
Hi Misha. Great video. I have a circle 11 1966 parts kit build on nodak receiver. Unfortunately it's not numbers matching except the bolt and trunion. I bought it in September of 16 for $750 before election. It had a bent barrel:( I ordered one from Ak builder and had it head spaced. Fb Radom barrels are nice. Thanks again
The Polish laminate is a work of art. I bought a 1983 Polish under folder kit on Arms of America. I ended up turning it into a fixed stock AKM. I bought a new rear trunnion and a Polish new old stock laminated set.
Where did you get your polish laminate stock? I'm doing an 84 polish underfolder right now and also converted it to fixed. I had to settle for a Romanian laminate stock for now.
Mishap, I’ve watched most of your videos and always find them fun and informative. I know that your a fan of the Polish AK’s but have not seen one covering the East German MPI-KM variants. I like the pebble stocks and would love to see a review and history of if you haven’t already done so.
We did one a few years back, and a DDR or two have popped up here and there in other videos (Like the AKM Variants guide one) but sure, i am sure doing one specifically on the MPI series in 2018 would be a good idea.
Another informative video, great job, learn so much from your videos. Thank you for that. Is thier any chance you've come across any information on the proper use of Soviet gunsmithing tools, particularly the firing pin guage, muzzle erosion guage, ejector guage, and no go headspacing guage. Figured id ask since you have such education on ak platform, take care
Ozark Bear Arms ever since you had those legion built izzy and tula akm I've wanted one. I even bought the Polish barrel lol. Eventually it will become reality. I wanted to build it myself but too expensive and nice for a first time build in my opinion.all though I'm confident mistakes happen.
As always another great video. I have a question that is a little off topic but has to do with polish aks. Regarding the lynx ak pistol, you hinted at an underfolder kit that would fit the lynx with optic rail that some manufacturer was working on. Any updates on that? Also I would love to see an update video on your lynx. I'm at a crossroad on what direction to take my lynx. Thank you for all your and your crews work.
I'd love to hear your opinion on parts kits. I would like to possibly buy a few and hold on to it as an investment. Maybe one day I'll have one of them built..... we shall see. A video going over different parts kits would be cool. Thanks.
Why are there no barreled receivers or even just receivers from FB Radom or Nodak spud on atlantic firearms? Just barrels from radom, maybe a parts kit but never any receiver. Just wanted to ask somebody in the know on most stuff, thanks!
AofA ships it with the barrel in the trunnion but the barrel pin only about 25% pressed in. So push barrel pin out, push barrel out, crush rivets, reinstall barrel, drive barrel pin in. Since the headspace has already been set, you should be gtg, though it is always a good idea to double check afterwards anyway.
Ozark Bear Arms That makes since. I have heard of some builders just pressing against the barrel. Sounds like this weapon was done right. Tha ks for the response!
radman 00 If you press the rivets againist the barrel, the rivets do not swell; but rather bend enough to be held in place for a certain amount of time. This is why so many US made guns have loose rivets, they are literally falling out as you function the rifle.
I can’t seem to find those kits anywhere. Do these kits come in often? The quality AK market seems nonexistent at the end of 2019. Is there hope for the AK future in the U.S.? And also, beautiful rifle!!!
My friend Mark did the rivets for me. Was pulling your leg a bit. Really other than that, there's not a ton to do on an AK build if it comes already with the barrel installed.
So I’m watching this movie called Taxi with that annoying Jimmy Fallon and it’s so stupid that I watch your video instead, until I see 20 year old pre-kids Gisele Bundchen.....that polish AK is almost as hot as her
When I saw your polish ak on my notifications I was so happy I love polish ak variants.

I have one exactly like that one Misha. Made in 1969 in Radom Poland circle 11 akm but mine had the sugar scoop style muzzle.
Slant brake?
Thanks Mishaco for all you do for the shooting community! I have learned so very much from you and your videos! Thanks! Mark

Beautiful AKM and you know more about AK's and teach us more about them than any other person or source I have come by! Thank You and keep teaching.

Nice looking hardwood kit Misha. that turned out nice. Thanks for sharing.

@@mafuscum Atlantic Firearms and Arms of America had stok sets but not sure if they still do.
The Polish mil spec triggers are nice too. I have one in one of my polish guns and it breaks very clean w/ less pressure than other mil-spec triggers.
I bought one of these same exact kits from AoA. Mine looks new. Very nice kit.
Me too. I put mine on a Childers receiver though. She's a beaut..
Just looking at these, appreciate the info!
Great video 👍 I have a 1969 Polish circle 11 kit build numbers matching from Atlantic Arms its a battle field pick up it's an amazing gun.

Just picked up a RADOM CIRCLE ((11)) KBK WZ 1960. CAN'T WAIT TO GET IT ALL PUT TOGETHER! ❤️❤️❤️
beautiful. i have a polish akm kit otw. can’t wait!
I love Mishaco !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love this guy, i enjoy his ak videos.
More videos please
Nice looking rifle and good job with the video
Thank you

Need to find a polish akm . Gotta roll with my polish brethren
Nice akm , I've always liked the polish weapons good quality kits . 👍👍
Thank you for watching
Very nice..makes me want to get my 68 izzy kit built.
Why not? Life's short, so get to it and enjoy a nice Russian AKM type rifle.

@mishaco You have a ton of parts kit guns? Who's your preferred builder?
I'd love to hear your opinion on parts kits. I would like to possibly buy a few and hold on to it as an investment. Maybe one day I'll have one of them built..... we shall see. A video going over different parts kits would be cool.
Thanks.
My opinion is that a working firearm is a lot more fun and enjoyable than a bag of old parts covered in cosmoline hehe.
great video. thank's!
Gorgeous gun. Makes me want to get a kit. Where can I find a link to that exact model here? I recently bought a radom p64 and it's a nice surplus gun.
The kit came from Arms of America, and you can buy one with the barrel already installed and headspaced to the bolt too if you want.
So what is the trick to getting the receiver bluing to match the bluing of the parts kit?
By both from Arms of America I guess? lol
A wealth of information you are.⚡️💥🔥💯⭐️

How do you press the front rivets witha populated barrel?

@@user-zj1uf8hs6t Plus, they don't dimple the receiver either; which is double bad..
I wish you would do a video on your 1963 Romanian after it's built

That's funny four years later I'm building essentially the same model that came from the same company but mine wasn't headspaced
Why morrisey receivers and not Childers?
Because it was what I had on-hand, and sometimes I am a cheap bastard like that haha.
Gotta say, it’s a beautiful AK and I have a bayonet exactly like the one in your video but it’s made in Iraq
Who did the build?
What, don't trust me to drive rivets? You should see me with a dremel!
Ozark Bear Arms Lol. Only asking because it looks professionally done.
