    When I saw your polish ak on my notifications I was so happy I love polish ak variants.

      It's funny Polish aks are often times overlooked and more affordable in the United states, but In Lebanon polish aks are highly sought after and more expensive than other versions. The wz88, polish akms underfolder and beryl are my favorite polish aks.

    I bought a 1967 Circle 11 build off Misha a few months ago and love it. Such a sweet shooting and handling gun and exactly what i needed to get my com bloc fix. Superb Polish build quality. Thanks again Misha!

    I'll be buying polish AK today. Year 1967 but with laminated wood (and I hope with matching numbers). I'm so excited and can't wait... 😀 Cheers from Czech rep.

    Beautiful AKM and you know more about AK's and teach us more about them than any other person or source I have come by! Thank You and keep teaching.

      Thanks for watching. Actually, this wasn't the best condition kit in the batch of about 12 i received from AofA, but for some reason it spoke to me. It had enough honest wear to make it interesting, yet the wood was still soild/uncracked, PG nice, and numbers did match. I put the nicest kits up for sale or also had them built into rifles and moved those. I tend to keep the 2nd best guns haha.

    Great rifle, perfect timing as I’ve been working on my 67 the last two days and took it to the range yesterday. The bluing is top notch. Every part must have been polished before blued. The bolt and carrier took to be plated not just in the white like Yugo variants.

    Hi Misha. Great video. I have a circle 11 1966 parts kit build on nodak receiver. Unfortunately it's not numbers matching except the bolt and trunion. I bought it in September of 16 for $750 before election. It had a bent barrel:( I ordered one from Ak builder and had it head spaced. Fb Radom barrels are nice. Thanks again

    The Polish laminate is a work of art. I bought a 1983 Polish under folder kit on Arms of America. I ended up turning it into a fixed stock AKM. I bought a new rear trunnion and a Polish new old stock laminated set.

    • @mafuscum

      Where did you get your polish laminate stock? I'm doing an 84 polish underfolder right now and also converted it to fixed. I had to settle for a Romanian laminate stock for now.

    Mishap,
    I’ve watched most of your videos and always find them fun and informative. I know that your a fan of the Polish AK’s but have not seen one covering the East German MPI-KM variants. I like the pebble stocks and would love to see a review and history of if you haven’t already done so.

      We did one a few years back, and a DDR or two have popped up here and there in other videos (Like the AKM Variants guide one) but sure, i am sure doing one specifically on the MPI series in 2018 would be a good idea.

    As always another great video. I have a question that is a little off topic but has to do with polish aks. Regarding the lynx ak pistol, you hinted at an underfolder kit that would fit the lynx with optic rail that some manufacturer was working on. Any updates on that? Also I would love to see an update video on your lynx. I'm at a crossroad on what direction to take my lynx. Thank you for all your and your crews work.

    How do you press the front rivets witha populated barrel?

    • @ozarkbeararms8840
      @ozarkbeararms8840 6 лет назад +4

      AofA ships it with the barrel in the trunnion but the barrel pin only about 25% pressed in. So push barrel pin out, push barrel out, crush rivets, reinstall barrel, drive barrel pin in. Since the headspace has already been set, you should be gtg, though it is always a good idea to double check afterwards anyway.

    • @radman006
      @radman006 6 лет назад +1

      Ozark Bear Arms That makes since. I have heard of some builders just pressing against the barrel. Sounds like this weapon was done right. Tha ks for the response!

    • @user-zj1uf8hs6t
      @user-zj1uf8hs6t 6 лет назад +1

      radman 00 If you press the rivets againist the barrel, the rivets do not swell; but rather bend enough to be held in place for a certain amount of time. This is why so many US made guns have loose rivets, they are literally falling out as you function the rifle.

    • @smooth247fyi
      @smooth247fyi 6 лет назад +2

      @@user-zj1uf8hs6t Plus, they don't dimple the receiver either; which is double bad..
