It is almost 8 yrs since phase 1 of Le Grandiose commenced but the work is incomplete and builder has defaulted with Creditors, Noida Authority and Buyers and yet shamelessly launching new projects and continue to cheat buyers. You should try and bring out the reality through your videos, then only buyers will be forewarned wrt such rogue builders. By saying that ATS builders state is presently ‘tight’ will not give a correct and real picture to the prospective buyer.

Builder State: I heard Project like LG is going into nclt and similarly PR might face the same situation. 2. Price of projects: Like today price is 14k of parkway by builder and 12-13 in resale market(you correctly said) 3. Like you have information of every details of new events, you should get those details of Gurgaon also. From your videos it is evident that you need some more homework on that. Like Homegram is a good channel which shares good new information for gurgaon. Gaurav Sobti is like Sourav Sharma of Noida 😊 4. If you talk about Gurgaon then dlf emaar m3m Godrej Bestech Experion Signature Global(great in mid/low size segment), Krusumi, Oberoi in plan, Adani realty, Ganga realty Smart world Sobha, Tata in luxury, Elan Ambience Tulip AIPL Paras Microtek and many more builders but in Noida I see majorly local players except Godrej - Tata- M3m(announced Cullinan) but again very less presence and no other international level builders.
