Toxic fumes evaporate when the sun is there and reduces the overall life of electronic appliances. I am not a health expert but it will have some adverse effects on human health also

The projects u mentioned are ultra luxury , noida lacks these kinds of flats , their demand will be sky high they will command 40k per sq ft easily
