I have tried a couple of times to do the granny connection poncho and keep getting stuck on row 6. For some reason when doing skip 3,dcx3 ch1 to end, when I get there isn't enough stitches to skip 3. Please help.

You could use a finer yarn and a smaller hook. Maybe like a sock yarn and a 2.5mm hook? Try it and see.

That would depend on the brand of wool, they all felt differently. Great idea! It will look cool...

Yes, leave off that last row of decreases and keep the count at 72, but add a round of 1dc in each stitch to take its place 😊
