Hi sir I am 2022 passed out I had completed my BE mechanical engineering in 2022 and I got offer from MNC (capgemini) and I waited nearly 1.5 yrs. Sep 26 I got onboard and they kept training and rejected but I know good knowledge of what they taught.. But they told full stack training and rejected what to do 😢..

In my current company i will start the work at 12 and end by 8 if you are working in some non product company then you have pay the price learn the skill and move towards some good company. This guy talking about call centre and production support that not even IT
Make yourself be demand full person in project.
Know how to build deploy, then develop full application to production. Coz many person don't know this.
Use many tricks and tips to complete asap.

I have seen layoffs in mechanical, aeronautical, hotel management, etc. During covid, only IT people are survived with WFH. 90% of video is misleading.
