    Yup they normally file for an order of protection to try to get more than 50/50 custody

    Its insane that people do the exact opposite of the advise given in this video in court because theyre lying and still get the order granted without the defense being able to present their side.

    What happens if I don’t show up for the order of protection hearing? The lady that is putting this case on me moved like 3 months ago and I don’t even know where she is and not interested 🤦🏾‍♂️

    attorneys and prosecutors, judges all work together. its a sham. they give little to nothing for defendants. a public defender who really has no time to care since they are overloaded with cases. innocent until proven guilty is thrown out the window. its absurd. all these cases where people just want to make money and will do anything they can to make that money even if its immoral.
