OPTOCE English subtitles

OPTOCE is an aid development project funded by NORAD, it takes place in five countries in Asia. The aim is we to show an opportunity to handle large quantities of non-recyclable plastic waste before it ends up in our oceans. Anneli Alatalo Paulsen from SINTEF explains.
