Let's Play Pokemon HeartGold SoulSilver Episode 19: The Pokeathlon (Continued)

In this episode, we unlock all the rooms of the Pokeathlon! Here are the rooms that are unlocked:
Solidarity room: Accessible from the start.
Trust room: Win all 5 courses at least once. You don't have to use the same Pokemon.
Unlockables in the Trust Room:
1: Golden Running Shoes (Dash 5,000 times)
2: Golden Track Suit (Partake in the Pokeathlon 50 times)
3: Red Flag (Switch 200 times)
Potential Room: Have 1 of your Pokemon win all 5 courses. This makes them a Medalist Pokemon.
Unlockables in the Potential Room:
1: Golden PokeGear (Win the Pokeathlon 100 times)
2: Model Poke Ball with "Stay On Top" engraved on it. (Win every Pokeathlon event 50 times.)
Friendship Room: Surpass a certain record in every event.
Hurdle Dash: Your Pokemon's total time must add up to under 100 seconds.
Pennant Capture: Your Pokemon must get at least 35 flags.
Circle Push: Your Pokemon must score at least 40 points.
Block Smash: Your Pokemon must break at least 80 blocks.
Disc Catch: Your Pokemon must score at least 40 points.
Lamp Jump: Your Pokemon must score at least 350 points.
Relay Run: Your Pokemon must run at least 12 laps.
Ring Drop: Your Pokemon must score at least 70 points.
Snow Throw: Your Pokemon must get at least 30 hits.
Goal Roll: Your Pokemon must score at least 3 goals.
The fun doesn't stop at unlocking all the rooms; when you unlock the Friendship Room, you can earn up to 40 trophies throughout the Pokeathlon! Each rooms have 10 trophies to get, each having different requirements. I'll explain what they are in the next video.
