As a Switch owner in Florida this has been my biggest fear docking up. My wife and I are very meticulous with our boat and are devastated when this happened to us. I love this!!!
Awesome. You are making some nice stuff for these things. If they would put the 230 in the 13 footer, I'd already own it. They need to make a faster more powerful version of these things. They can handle the power.
I received mine today with the Non Skid Pads and the Impact Graphics. My suggestion is when you ship the items do not roll them up and tape them. When I unpacked them they are all curled up and now I have to try and get them to flatten out.
Will, great video at you boats expense! Any downside to this? Performance? Guessing the 1/8” gap you mention still allows for water intrusion when the boat is in the water and not moving forward?
@@JetBoatPilot i think you guys should ask minnkota to work together I am pretty sure there are a lot off Seadoo switch owner who are interested in mounting a trolling motor. Thank you for replaying
Sweet! So definitely before I put in water I will have bumper and reef wrap. But do you plan on having the 2023 switch sizes or just the 2022 size? Looking at the 18' cruise . But also found a 2022 model 16' for about 7k cheaper so still a toss up
What is the estimated time to install on 21 feet? Let us say we decide to remove it later will it damage the boat? One final 😃, can someone purchase replacement parts?
@@JetBoatPilot gotcha thanks. My recently purchased set is 33 inches, and before it goes on in the Spring, I’m questioning if the smaller set is more appropriate for my 19ft Yamaha.
nice product, shame the boat is not better protected from the factory. It's a real limiting factor for these boats at this price point. This wrap is basically required, even for fresh water.
a lot of work for it to just get scuffed up again on same, call me old fashioned, but a million years ago they invented fenders for a reason? also , its polytec ,,.. so can be heated up and refinished ? I can't see them lasting myself ...sorry dude
The end result is that the surface is much tougher and when it does get scuffed hard it does not show. We tried to show on camera that there were marks so as not to mislead, but truthfully, to my eye I could not see them easily. Also these panels are $899 each to replace. The average user is not going to have the skills to repair. This kit makes it easy for anyone to make the boat look new once damaged and prevent it from getting badly scratched again.

You make incredible products for the Switch!
Thank you!
Awesome video! Definitely a good protective upgrade 👌
Don't forget a heat gun/hairdry for that back curve over and even everything else with a rubber roller to help get that sticky tape nice and grippy.

well done very informative !
Tank you for the video. Interested in learning where you bought the boat registration lettering?
We make them. Check out 3DNumbers.Net
GREAT product!
Thank you!
How is it on added drag to the boat?
No real impact as 90% is out of the water on plane.

Yes correct. No observed downsides.
Hey Will i Love you Videos
Maybe if is possible could you make a video how to install a minnkota trolling motor or a Minnkota talon
We don't have a motor to mount to the Switch. Could be done but not likely soon unfortunately. Thanks for the comment though!

@massimiliano zappia we don't have a contact with them but would try if we had an in road
What’s the cost for a full Simple black kit?
Hello. Is there any product to replace the clear view side panels for something more durable?
None that I am aware of.
Awesome job
Thank you!!
Awesome stuff!

They're universal fit, all years all models.
@JetBoatPilot thank you
So for the 18' model would I select the 16' reef wrap?
@@newbie_nugs I think the drop down selection says 16'-18'

Install about an hour and it is easy to remove if you want to you can also buy individual Parts if you damage one
Will the reef wrap slow to speed of the boat
It will not impact top speed. Will not be in the water at plane speeds.
Where did you get those registration letters and numbers?
3dnumbers.net
Where's the impact graphics video?
We are in the process of editing that video as we speak
Will, is the 3D Reg. letters on that switch the 20 inch or 30 inch size?
I think that is the 20 inch (pwc size)

@Captain Leon's Boating and More if you need us to exchange them we can
Is it fade resistant? Thinking of using it in AZ. Black surface on my Switch is starting to fade
I know that it is UV stable. Given that it will be installed on a vertical surface it is unlikely that it will fade.

Yes I think they need to make it wider at the rails then at the pontoons
Should come installed from the factory
Kind of jumps out at you, doesn't it. Of course it should be installed at the factory.
and be nice to see 13' with 230 hp
I wonder if would turn to that ugly gray with the sun.
