This time I reacted to my favorite Marcelito Pomoy and his cover of Beauty and the Beast. This is actually my favorite performance from him on vocal coach reacts! I honestly love how amazing his growth is even though he never had any vocal coach or music education.

He actually revealed how hard it was to switch between pitches. I can only imagine how difficult to do that. Funny thing is he never had a vocal lessons. He's self trained. He's a rare talent.
Can you give evidence that he's never had lessons from vocal coach as I'd assume that coaches on talent shows provide training.

As a "human" that can also sing, it's not even that easy to say how he does this crazy performances without even look like struggling. There's a lot of singers does this kind of talent here in the Philippines but only Marcelito has the most polished and perfect voice in both sides of the spectrum. What can we say? It's a gift! More than a talent

You should watch/listen to him sing the chinese song at the chinese new year celebration this year or his take of Can’t Help Falling In Love With You in Indonesia last Valentine’s Day. The style was simple but the restraint and control to maintain the soft voice yet still add the character for me was impressive. The video though was taken from afar in both cases as the venue was so big and it was only from a phone camera. But the audio is okay. For me both covers are so soothing, they touch my heart. Something I want to listen to to just relax and cherish the moment.
