Another great video. Me working in peoples homes. I thank my mom especially but my parents all the time for annoying us boys every Sunday and making us clean the house too to bottom. I hated that shit! But seeing videos like this. I see why a clean house was important. When you need things fixed or repaired. You don't want those coming in your house to be like Wtf! Or have to climb over stuff. Now at 35 I also make sure my home is clean top to bottom. I've had to have a clean out three times before kicking my lady out. All three times the plumber was like; dude I appreciate you having a clean home. He began to tell me some of the horror stories. Dude even mopped and clean my bathroom afterwards lol. He had to go through the toilet because he couldn't find the clean out. He found it and came back and repaired it as well with a taller cleanout. It was Barried Underground lol and broken by roots. Fyi if you have a woman living with you. Make sure you have plumbing insurance or make her ass pay every time. I had no issues until I moved her in😡. Tree roots was not her fault but we always found tampons. I digress. I can't live like some folks messy shit everywhere home.
So it took Sherlock three days to decide to get it fixed. Then complains about it.

Seems the always hassle of the tenant "It's not my fault/house" vs. landlord "you clogged it, you pay for it" drama. Sounds like it took 3 days for the landlord to do anything. Honestly as a homeowner of a ranch with a basement that was built in 1956, the $100 is worth the maintenance when the drains start acting up.

I saw a tool yesterday that looks similar to a curb stop tool with a long handle and the t-bar so you can get leverage and on the end instead of having the curb stop tool it had a fitting that goes over the trap covers and allows you to have the leverage to unscrew it
Not sure if you've ever tried using that to get the covers off without having to beat them with a hammer
Lead drive-in plugs don't unscrew.
At least the customers are entertainment
