Love the dark wood and marble 'chocolate and vanilla' theme. The walk in wardrobe was bedroom size. Very spacious beautiful home. Can the lounge and dining area be closed off? Great camera work, video and music editing and production. Artur's verbal pacing and body language are spot on - TV star in the making.
Ahh so the Master bathroom does not have a standing shower, everyone watching this go back and check. Its the first video where its totally bypassed. I need to know does the standing shower have one rain head or 2?. I guess I would have to lay in the tub to have a shower or go into another bedroom?

Odd that the two older villas are the best ones you’ve toured. This has a Chinese feel to it. Depressed China economy? It reflects a different style that’s not oligarch inspired. And it’s on a magnificent plot with privacy and great views. If a bargain exists this represents it.

But, guess what...it's not 2008 any more. It's 14 years later. Bit like buying a 2008 Merc S Class in 2022 - I'd not be impressed.
