this is more of a pump than is is a procharger.Same concept technically but a procharger has stepdown gears behind the first pully in order to rotate the turbine say 4-8 revolutions for every 1 rotation of the pully. you would need a 24in (60cm) to feel any sort of power with the set up he created.
Not really the your going off the shaft diameter 1 revolution of the shaft is 1 of the prop the pulley is 30+ times bigger than the shaft so every 1 revolution of pulley will turn the prop 30times
@@blueblood5297no lol
@@blueblood5297but you want a smaller pulley to do more rpms in a small timeframe a bigger gear would give you longer durations of the rpms and it would just happen longer till you get a full completion of full rotation with the 30x wheel..
Nice work
Nice bro
From which turbo did you get this shaft?
Usually the turbine side is 1 piece with the shaft!
Who made the back plate and mounting bracket for the motor?
How did you manage the lubrication situation?
Nice
Good to see another concept of my design, Nice work
u need atleast 1.6 lakh rpm for such a small turbo to get any boost
Wont you need to gear it to make it spin faster than the engine so you create some boost ?
Wouldnt changing pulley size work?
The demonstration is too limited to demonstrate successful operation. For example, what resource will be used to raise the rotation to such a level to achieve the ideal turbo pressure (around 6 to 8 pounds per square inch?
Tesztelted auton?
I want
Lubrication is still missing so may be seize in midway
Sealed bearings don't require lubrication but do have a service life.
Needs a step-down between the input and output, but you got the basics down.
very low Rpm, un funtion , range area Turbo 150 000 Rpm, not function
hi Hitesh Mistry.. is this ball bearing or journal bearing turbo ?
It's a ball bearing turbo. You can tell because of how freely it rotates with no oil. Plus you can see him install the bearings
@@Chopped93VX do you think this supercharger will work ? because ball bearing also need bit oil right ?. i dont know maybe i got wrong information
@@legasihjismaildanhjhsitiaisyah well typically there is an oil feed and return on a turbo. But from what I can see because of the modification the oil feed and return has been eliminated. The only oil or grease in this would have to be applied manually to the impeller shaft and the internals of the bearings. The supercharger would work. But would need frequent rebuilds. Those bearings won't last long.
Obrigado. 👍👍
Já conseguiu realizar amigo??
Gostaria de algumas medidas...
Bhai je kam nahi krega
Humne b bnaya tha 😆
Mger ese chlane ke lie rpm km se km 25000 chahie jb desal enginge 1000 rpm pe chlta he tab nahi to jeh air presue nahi bnataa he
need way for oil?
That’s what I’m sayin came to comments for this comment
The turbo looks very small, what type of turbo is this?
garret is an indian turbo maker
And now it goes in two suction 😅
Just add a grease nipple job done.
No oilm No balancing Np RPM
But. A turbo needs to be spinning at far higher revs then an engine can get up to. No matter size two sizes of pulleys you use. It won’t work.
I am not clearly decided on what RPM is suitable for this. Generally, a bike's throttle operates between 1000 to 10000 RPM. I am planning to create a pulley ratio of 1:6 or 1:8, so the maximum RPM of the turbo will be 60000-80000 RPM.
It will not do anything .... Spins far too slowly.
Every supercharger has a gearing system of some sort to multiply every rotation in order to achieve a usable compressor wheel rpm.
That won't spin fast enough to make boost.
Nice, u can make tons of money by selling this
Sir aap number send karna
