I've been using that kind of Yeti for many years, but it's a Yeti clone because I refuse to pay the insane prices of the name brands. So I recently bought a 40oz Stanley clone for about $9 instead of $45(I think that's what the Stanleys go for). I do wonder if either of these have lead or cadmium in them since china are the experts at producing contaminated food and products. Perhaps I'll see if there are cadmium tests too....

Definitely test;I bought a clone/fake first, and tested it when this all came out, and it was positive every time. Bought a real one, and it's negative. Same with my friends who've gotten dupes as well when I gave them some of my lead swabs.

yeah like I don't understand risking it at all. Like if a product knowingly has lead, why still use and risk it when u can simply use a different container that does not have lead at all.

Nottt everywhere has lead.. but that tap water is definitely concerning....
