This format has SO MUCH clearer video quality than the livestreams, THANK YOU, Stephanie. And it is probably kinder to you too because you can focus on comments during a premiere. As always, a total inspiration!
Hi there… missed the live but I meant to tell you that since you’ve moved to Tx, not sure where but if you’re close to the hill country, as an asthmatic, it can be horrible for us. August starts Ragweed season. January starts Cedar season, also known as Cedar Fever. These are two horrible times for asthma, allergies, and sinus. Definitely plan to see a pulmonologist soon as you get settled. I’m in the Austin area and spend lots of time in Houston w/ family so I’m always in some breathing situations. Again, welcome to the Lone Star State!
Thanks for the info, Kisha! Luckily (or maybe unluckily depending on your perspective) we are far west in the high desert of El Paso so there isn’t much of a pollen problem here. The main concern is desert sand/dust storms that are fairly frequent and can be a bit hard on the lungs. I miss the trees and greenery from California but this desert climate is supposed to be good for us asthma suffers at least. 🤞
I loved the green Grinch prayer hands. 🙏 Reminds me of when he checks his busy schedule 4:00 wallow in self pity 4:30 stare into the abyss 5:00 solve world hunger - tell no one 5:30 Jazzercise 6:30 dinner with myself... I can't cancel that again 7:00 wrestle with my self-loathing I'm booked! 📒
Hi stephanie! I am a big fan of your work and use your inserts in my own planning. I am also using "fasting" for fat loss like you. I notice you do OMAD. I know you mentioned you have health conditions so I am not sure if you have tried longer fasts before, but they might help you if you are starting to hit a wall with the OMAD and calorie counting. I can't remember if I heard you mention if you had in a prior video. But if you would like to try a longer fast maybe try going for a 36 hr fast or even a 48. A 36 Hour fast is simply skipping the next day completely for eating and then eat on the am hour of whenever you stopped eating the previous day. For example if you stopped eating at 5pm and go a full 24 hours without food the 36hour will be 5am on the "3rd" day. And 48 hrs is not as intimidating if you already start doing a 36. For example, my eating window will be 8am-12pm, I will skip the entire next day, and then eat again after 12pm on the 3rd day. This makes me feel that I am not going 2 "24 hour days" without eating. Hopefully that helps. I know you are also building strength like me, and this should not impact your performance. It might even help it, if it works within your current health makeup and cleared by a medical professional (which I am not). The hardest I think would be the body is used to being fed at a certain time, so you will feel the grumbles and everything; but if you get passed it with some water and some might, it will become easier. I get the grumbles about the 20 hour mark and sometimes I give in and sometimes I don't. I think the trick is to use "fasting" for fat burning and the "exercise" for the strength, longevity, etc. At least that is how I am looking at it for myself. That way on your feed days you enjoy those treats and maybe a 2MAD or a longer eating window and then just know your body will burn it off with your next fast. As far as steps, I have an under the desk treadmill that I hop on while I'm at work, "habit stacking" as you said in a previous video. Thank you for all you do and sharing it with us! Good luck to you Stephanie! I look forward to your next video.
All great advice! Thanks for sharing! I have been trying to incorporate some longer fasts (36 hour is my next goal) but haven’t been able to muster the willpower to complete one yet. I think the stress of moving was a limiting factor but now that we are finally here and settling in, I think a longer fast is exactly what I need. Thanks for the reminder and good luck with your own health journey! I’d love to hear more about your progress!
it will be so nice to show your budget sheet and how to use it, don't have to be your budget, just take any number example and show how to use the one you sale one etsy, thanks!
Thanks for joining me for my first premiere video! Let me know what you think of the format below 👇
I like this format. I don't usually watch the live so it works well for me.

@@squairdplans thank you! And super smart not to start a longer fast when you are already stressed from your move!
Where is your library card/books read card from?
It is a freebie I made for this video: ruclips.net/video/Kg0O1IBY-vw/видео.html (link in the video description)
