Ada, you were an absolute angel to accompany Francis back to the US and get him to the hospital! I'm so happy he is doing better. I so enjoy hearing about the happenings in PV. Your boots on the ground reporting is so helpful for those planning a visit and also for those planning a move to PV. I periodically catch a YT channel from San Miguel and they talk about the water shortage there and also the increase in prices of food. Thanks for the heads up that if I ever visit you that you frown on whizzing on the floor. 🤣 Thank you both for taking the time to make this video; it's much appreciated.
Nice fireworks display for New Year's Eve! Good to know that Francis is doing better, very nice of you to accompany him back to CA and get him settled into the hospital, Ava. The walking tour was very enjoyable! The murals are very pretty, I've never seen tinacos in the wild before (lol), river driving is interesting, love the roosters crowing. Thank you for showing parts of PV that I haven't seen in other videos.
Thanks Cindy! The walk is literally out our front door. It is amazing how you can get in a rut sometimes. We look forward to doing more walks like that in the future.
In Cuernavaca, Morelos there is a great taco place, Taqueria Dany, which has a special of 5 “surtido” tacos for 35 pesos. The place is always full and the food always fresh. ❤
Nice video! We are currently spending time in PV too and I actually recognize a lot of the places in the video. We're from Canada and I make RUclips videos too. New subscriber here 🙂
The taco place you mentioned - is it La Guera taqueria, 457 Venustiano on the corner of Emiliano Zapata? We are looking for it. In the transcript it says Weepies.
@Ada what's your favorite brand of walking sandal? I am looking for a pair and noticed a glimpse of yours as you commented on the old stairs at the end
I am interested in buying a home down in Puerto Vallarta. Can you help? I live in California and I have a home but I am planning to move to Puerto Vallarta. I just need the 1st and 2nd step. The rest I can deal with.

Fun video and interesting info. Note: Farmacia is NOT pronounced farmaCIA but pronounced properly is farMAcia. My wife is Mexican and she says most Gringos always get it wrong. 😂
Absolutely correct. Reminds me of a SNL sketch where the English speaking newscaster suddenly pronounced “Nicaragua” correctly. I think when in English mode, it’s hard to not think in “gringo english”

Stefan here- yes, Ada was amazing! Thanks for the comments. ❤️
La Capella is the best! Best view, best food and our friends on the violins provide the best live music in Vallarta!
Best view for sure!!
Very informative video.👍
Beautiful nature walk🙏🙏
It is so crazy how close nature really is.

At least we get fireworks every night so it was ok missing this one.
Tip to keep plants moist longer wet pampers and use the blue jell to mix with your soil
Thanks! We knew we had to have some folks with green thumbs watch our video!
Thanks for the recommendation. We plan to go to both on different days. sharon
Sounds like a great plan!
Have you guys tried El Banquito? It is birria, so more of a lunch spot- near the river. We love it. Super quaint and yummy!
We’ve seen it and we will definitely try it out!
Time to try!

I bet! That sounds yummy! (A little less expensive than Puerto Vallarta too!)
What a deal!
Bueno video. Need more info on affordable housing before I make the visiting trip to meet a realtor. Thank you. ❤❤

Actually there are two we show. Guipi’s and La Guera. La Guera is really good and Guipi’s is close by. 🤗
Just a little heads up, Buses will stop accepting bills come May 31st. Only change and bus pass!
Thanks for the tip!

Merrell! Every single sandal I own. Keens are also good.
@@LivingSimplyinMexico thank you! 😊
What is the name of the taco place with the broken sign?
Scrolled down found answer. Screenshot shot it. Thank you for great tips & advice. 👍👍
Puerto Vallarta seems like it has become very shabby in past 6 years. Yes?
It always has been a bit rustic. 🤗
Thats a palm tree, not a fern.
You can definitely tell we are not plant experts!
cya in a month!
Sounds like a plan!

Strongly suggest getting a realtor. David is a good option. Enjoy the journey! ruclips.net/video/myCrqW7Pu3E/видео.htmlsi=Dre8FHvGebkVAJ79
Who is David? And how can I get in touch with him?
