Another great video and it looks like Stephan always has something to repair around the house.By the way you two should go to a small fish market and restaurant call De La Mar, it is situated on calle Francisco De Madeiro between Constitucion and Insurgentes good food for a reasonable price.I will be in PV at the end of February maybe we cross path.
Love these day in the life videos. I nearly turned off early as I thought it was over, but glad I didn’t as the ‘tequila talk’ at the end was the best ! Oh and the night view, stunning 🤩
So happy to see you back in PV and with another video. I love seeing the sites. Your plants are doing great. TY for sharing your time in PV with your subs.
Hi ho from west australia, thats great you guys do your exercise balance etc, joint motivation works.i dislike gardening but love gardens,as a spectator, yes i,m a professional spectator of gardens.but the moment i see a shovel or rake,or most frightening,a pair of gardening gloves,i disappear.whats that your drinking, tequila or some such brew, good idea to knock back a little to mellow out.enjoy la vita, ciao.
@@geoffgeoff344 We can do both! We have an uncle in Melbourne and always thought it’d be fun to get to WA when we travel there. Look forward to seeing you here someday!
Enjoyed your video. We live in Austin, Tx. We have been wanting to relocate to Mexico. Somewhat in fear. What do you do for income? Thats our main concern.
We don’t yet live in Mexico full time yet. We have two homes in PV, a small one that was a fixer upper/vacation place. We liked PV so much, we invested in a larger home too where we’ll spend our retirement. Our plan was to get in before the cost went up, and that appears to be happening. Meanwhile, Ada has a brick and mortar Pilates & Physical therapy business in the San Francisco Bay Area and also an online business (bewellstaywell.net) based in Houston where we live. We made the shift to Houston to keep residence cheaply in the U.S., healthcare, etc. while our daughter now goes to college. I (Stefan) recently sold my small consulting company, and have to spend more time in the U.S. supporting this business until I retire. As part of concerns & fears, we feel very safe in Puerto Vallarta unlike other areas of Mexico like Acapulco or U.S. border towns. The biggest fear is increasing prices and stability in the U.S. / Mexico relationship. Given all this tariff discussions, I hope for instance that they don’t tax foreign home ownership at a higher rate. Hope this helps!
I am visiting in 2 weeks for the first time and i'm staying with the locals maybe 20 mins from the beach. is it generally safe over there in Puerto Vallarta? specially the more local areas. thanks!
I like day in the life videos, love your night view at the end of the vid!

Thanks! It is fun adding Easter eggs at end and then seeing who notices. We’ll do more of that when we can. 🤗
What a beautiful place you two have down there. I just love my little old town PV on Sunday nights.
Thanks! I (Stefan) watched the video and realized I need to relax a bit more. That day will come!

Spiders and snakes!
