Hi brother My station takes 50 seconds to reach 260c and under two minutes to reach 400c.. What amps does the power supply you used have? Mine is 2.5A..
@pixellark3186 Heating an element will always differ from one element to another if we take some factors in consideration, like the resistance of the element. An element with lower resistance tends to get hotter faster when subjected to an electric current. This is because the power dissipated as heat (P = I²R) is greater in a lower resistance element for the same current. Also the Heating element mass or size will also make the Heating time differ from low to high mass elements. Also you need to consider the ambient or the surrounding temperature.

why you are not use desolder station ? any way to make it heat faster ?it's take about 2:20 minutes to reach 260c
