Not only is this the best old school cartoon, but it was really educational and the longest running cartoon by Filmation Studios (1972-1984) from CBS to syndication, Bill Cosby is a genius. I remember this from Saturday mornings on CBS. Thanks for the memories!
My father still has this, top cat, superfriends and other cartoons on 8mm cinema reels. I remember growing up having family nights and watching these. Can't wait to have kids so I can do the same with them.
I LOVE this cartoon. Just like U.S. of Archie, it was educational and so were the toons from the 80's that had Moral Messages @ the end: He-Man, She-Ra, Ghostbusters and Brave Starr. God Bless Lou Schiemer and Filmation and plus, this show debut in 1972 along with The Joker's Wild, Gambit and The NEW Price is Right w/Bob Barker and the late Dennis James as well as The NEW Scooby-Doo Movies, M*A*S*H and even The Waltons. 1972, the year for CBS Television
Dumb Donald's father: Poor kid. It must have been a terrible shock...just like it was for me. The expression on Dumb Donald's mother's face was a classic. lol
i'm no racist or whatever you're saying, I have two black goddamn nephews, they are two of the most nicest guys on this earth. i have several black friends and they're nice people too!
LOL! He didn't say "BITCH", he said "baby." He also said, "...then he'll try to push me out of my room." "Then he'll", not negga. That's funny but you gotta get your mind out the gutter. LOL!
@myabrooke I made a mistake in my last post. This is the comment that mine was in response to! The only thing that I still do not understand is what happened to my response. Maybe I forgot to press the "Post" button.
One interesting thing about the show is that the kid Bill was actually supposed to be Cosby himself as a boy. But Cosby actually downplayed his younger self to more prominently showcase the rest of the gang
Not old, Classic. It was one of the longest running cartoons in Saturday Morning history. And many timeless lessons that still stand up today can be learned. It educated without being preachy. Fat Albert could whip Andre 3000's scrawny ass any day

Russell needs more practice with Hide and Seek.
Bill had some guns on him. He must have been working out or something.
Sure sounds like it. Hard to tell since Dum dum's command of the english language is so weak. Strangely enough his parents speak clearly.
LOL! He didn't say "BITCH", he said "baby." He also said, "...then he'll try to push me out of my room." "Then he'll", not negga. That's funny but you gotta get your mind out the gutter. LOL!
