      Nope....Still don't know whether it's a boy or a girl. I'm picking him up now though, so I can get some good footage of the vent area and hopefully someone watching can finally tell me.

      @@TreeMonitorTraining yea i have some monitors myself i have some tips if you want some ideas you should make a 5-15 minute long set up vid for one of your reptiles they go pretty popular. i also recommend a fully planted water steamed enclosure edit filmed for youtube shorts they also go popular just make it look nice. one more tip is to make a monitor taming pregression no need to show the progression just talk about it while filming a ackie or beautiful monitor.

      @@MrManifesto-wg9fi Thanks man...I'm not really trying to blow up. I don't want to have to actually work on this when it's just something fun I do in my free time. I wanted something like this available when I was trying to figure these guys out, and the stuff that was there for monitors, I disagreed with 90% of the time just based on watching the animal's reactions in their videos.
      This channel was started as just a place I could upload all my 100s of hrs of footage to so I could watch it at work. Once I started going through it all, I realized I basically had a step by step, day by day, blueprint for training these animals and decided to create some low effort tutorials because like I said... I wished that shit was around when I went looking for it. The long form progression/tutorial videos are the whole point here.
      Of course I love people subscribing, liking, and even more so, talking with me in the comments... who doesn't appreciate that validation for their effort. But I don't want this to become just more work...it's fun right now. If I had to learn to actually edit, and then spend all kinds of time creating goofy thumbnails with white lines traced around everything... I would not enjoy this at all.
      I warned people from the beginning that these videos were always going to be pretty rough, but that the methods used were going to be legit, and I was going to prove it through repeated examples and copious amounts of explanation and detail.
      That being said, I had planned to replant Ajax enclosure and go over everything regarding that enclosure because I've already promised that video to my viewers and I have a lot to say on that subject as well. But I never want this channel to become top 5 such and such and other algorithym-chasing nonsense. I really do appreciate that my viewers want this channel to succeed more than I do though. You're like the 4th person that's tried to encourage me here. I'm seriously just here to talk to people about my monitors.
      What kind of monitors do you have?

      @@TreeMonitorTraining Hi at the moment i have a Argus monitor a ackie and an Black throated monitor this is not a monitor but i also have a Northern lue tongue skink and a Tegu. do you have any more reptiles that you dont show on the videos or that are coming soon?

    • @TreeMonitorTraining
      @TreeMonitorTraining  3 месяца назад

      @@MrManifesto-wg9fi Nope. Just the 3 monitors. Argus are so badass, probably my fav monitor. No intention of ever owning one though lol. Tegu's and BTS are both great animals as well.
      I don't have any plans to own more animals, 3 is already enough for me.
      Though I would really love to have a black tree monitor. Maybe one day.

    Where was this little guy jumping to anyway?

    • @TreeMonitorTraining
      @TreeMonitorTraining  3 месяца назад +1

      No idea. I think he just got confused as we passed that enclosure. He's only ever jumped off me 1 time before to something a foot away which is why I didn't expect him to and wasn't being careful here.
