I’ve been telling everyone about Landman since it started, Jerry made the show even better, what a performance! Bravo Jerry, you were better than awesome!
Very moving and heartfelt. I didn't know who he was until the middle of it but the emotion he showed, the honesty, it was wonderfully done.

What Jerry said about being with your family is true. He has always had his family real close ever since he bought the Cowboys. He has his sons help run the team and when Jerry dies, his son Stephen takes over. His family is there at the Cowboy games at home. His grandson plays at Arkansas where Jerry played and yes won a national championship in 1964. Jerry was a center and played with Jimmy Johnson who was a defensive tackle. Jerry can never say he will regret spending enough time with his family.

Did anyone else think we were going to see the scene?
I had to look up if he really was the owner of the cowboys because I just couldn't believe that a non professional trained actor can pull off a performance like that. I was leaning in hangning on to his every word. There was subtlety and nuance to his facial expressions. The way was tearing up but holding it back is something you don't even see working actors pull off.
Just shows that anything Jerry says is an act.

Here's the thing about Jerry. He's the best in the business. The Cowboys suck and yet everyone talks about the cowboys cause they hate them or they love them. Everyone around the world knows the cowboys and that's cause of Jerry. Still it's amazing to clown on the cowboys all the time cause people don't care about the bussniess they care about the football.

Jerry does one paragraph of dialogue on TV, and yet every. single. interview he gives, weekly or more, of him speaking off the cuff, gives us absolute doo-doo drippings like "we're all-in", "I want me some glory hole" and "if you dont ask me good questions, I'll get someone in here who will!!!!"
