材料:
五花肉 1公斤
醃製:
白醋 1大匙
蘇打粉 1茶匙
淮鹽調味料:
雞精分 1茶匙半
鹽 1茶匙半
糖 1茶匙半
五香粉 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
Ingredients:
1kg pork belly
Marinated:
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp of baking soda
Seasoning:
1 and a half tsp of Chicken powder
1 and a half tsp salt
1 and a half tsp sugar
1 tsp five-spice powder
1 tsp of pepper

Wow I looked at other channels, they always dried the meat for 24-36 hours. This one is direct roast, and no water boiling in the process. Will try soon.
By the way , chef, for the second roast (70 minutes) did you set the oven at normal bake (heat from upper and below) or broil (heat only from upper)? Thank you.

i dont think 220 at 70 min is right.
at most 30~45min is enough.
