It’s really sad seeing half of the 4 seattle grunge band singers die young and then Chris Cornell taking his own life in 2017 leaving Eddie Vedder as the only icon of the early 90’s grunge remaining and it pains me even more watching him get older
I feel you and what you’re saying…I truly do. I see Kurt mentioned in the replies, let’s not forget Layne from Alice in Chains. Eddie definitely had his head screwed on and didn’t succumb to the trappings of AOD. He’s a living legend and sounds just as amazing as he always has 🙌🩵
Eddie still sounds fantastic. I saw U2 at the Sphere in Vegas last month. The show was good. But Bono’s voice is shot. Thin and shrill. So considering they’re basically the same age, the contrast was surprising.
Bono has always shot higher than his range, so his voice is pretty impressive considering constant touring since 1980, a whole ten years on top of Eddie. Add cigarettes on top of that, and much more strenuous songs vocally
There’s an emotional depth to their music no other band has. Vedder has the ability to see individuals, often misunderstood, overlooked and oppressed, and paint their story so vividly with his lyrics. Then, through the band and his singing, the words are given such emotional power they send chills through our spines and bodies.
Love it! No in into for u ppl just the truth from Jeremy, i was best friends with a Jeremy and now hes a state trooper his dad got my family back in church and worshiping the Lord Jesus Christ! Im still doing what i can but i tell you all please believe on the Lord Jesus Christ He is the true Lord and saviour.
It's GREAT the young spirits like you can BRAVELY SPEAK OF OUR LORD. He gave his life. He knows I personally need him & am truly sorry for my sins, the ones that I didn't even think about. Rest in eternal peace & happiness, Trevor Wilson, from "Jeremy" video, to the thousands that didn't know. He died himself, drowning in Puerto Rico, in 2016. I visited there with my Saintly Sister in 2003. You just never know. Thank You.
I'm 59 my grandson is 3 I need yall to stay together for at least 10 more years so we can attend a PJ concert together I think it would help him understand me.
Sound great but they look so old :( Sorry just my mind perpetually think of the Pearl Jam of Ten and Vs when they were bouncing around all over the stage....:D
what's going on with tickets being sold (probably extremely expensive) for behind the stage.... this isn't cool at all. i'm from scotland, world of ripoffs and i just can't agree with this

don’t forget ville valo.
@@abcde-lq6tf Who?
Kurt Cobain made criticism of Peal Jam and their music. Now he's looking down on Eddie and probably say don't let our music go silent.

dave grohl doesn't even get a mention here? cmon, if you're gonna do something do it right

He sounds like shit
Bono has always shot higher than his range, so his voice is pretty impressive considering constant touring since 1980, a whole ten years on top of Eddie. Add cigarettes on top of that, and much more strenuous songs vocally
Bono sounded great for most of the shows. His voice is not permanently shot, he just has off nights.

They still sound amazing.

After twenty years I'm back, born in 1989, with a voice like a lion, the best after LED Zeppelin

Man this is some low energy jeb type stuff right here
Why does Ed always wear hats now? Is he covering up a bald spot?
